Candidates will get 120 minutes to complete the exam. Each question carries 4 marks, and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The paper will follow a multiple-choice (MCQ) format.

Additionally, candidates who opt for the Integrated Programme in Law (IPL) will also have to attempt a Legal Reasoning section with 20 questions to be completed in 20 minutes.

The admission process for the IPM programme is conducted in multiple stages. In Stage I, candidates must complete the online registration and submit the application form along with a non-refundable fee of ₹ 4,937.

In Stage II, applicants are shortlisted based on their IPMAT score. Those who qualify move to Stage III, which includes a Personal Interview where candidates are evaluated on their academic background, communication skills, and general awareness.

The final merit list is then prepared by giving 55% weightage to the IPMAT score, 15% to the Personal Interview, 10% to Class 10 marks, and 20% to Class 12 marks.

The IIM Rohtak has announced 198 total seats, including 10% reserved for EWS candidates, with admissions offered according to Government of India reservation norms. After selection, candidates will receive a provisional offer letter via email.

To confirm their seat, they must pay ₹ 1,00,000 as the Offer Acceptance Amount (OAA), complete document verification, and pay the first instalment of the programme fee.

Students are required to report to the campus for registration, and hostel accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis, with special arrangements for DAP candidates.

Following the July 2026 merit list, selected students must finish all formalities such as fee payment, document checks, and hostel allotment.

The IPM Batch 2026–31 orientation and academic session will begin in August 2026, and candidates are advised to keep their documents ready and regularly check the admission portal for updates.
