Unlike the original XLRI campus in Jamshedpur, XLRI Delhi does not require travel via long-distance train or internal flights if you are arriving from within the Delhi-NCR region. No, XLRI Delhi and XLRI Jamshedpur are not the same institutions. XLRI Jamshedpur, founded in 1949, is the original and more established B-school. XLRI Delhi is a newer campus established to expand XLRI's reach.
