XLRI Delhi Placement 2026 data has not been released yet. However, accaording to the XLRI Delhi Placement 2025, the highest package offered was INR 75 LPA, the average package was INR 28.68 LPA and the median package was INR 26.25 LPA. As per media reports, the highest international package offered was INR 1.10 crore. A total of 107 students opeted for placement. The top recruiters for the placement drive were Accenture, Life Pharmacy, Tech Mahindra, Ebullient Securities, Genapct, and more.

The comparison between the highest package for PGDM between XLRI Delhi 2024 and 2025 saw an increase of INR 19.47 LPA, the comparison between the average package offered for 2024 and 2025 saw an increase of INR 1.61 LPA.

XLRI has always been a top B-school in terms of placements and it still withholds its glamorous placement records. This year despite covid-19 XLRI managed to not only maintain its quality placement offers but roe to an average package of 25.08 LPA with a median package of 23 LPA to its PGDBM and PGDHRM divisions. The top domains on the basis of roles offered were Consulting, Sales & Marketing, and BFSI with top recruiters as BCG, Bain & Co, ITC, Amazon, etc. Even in the case of internship offers to the junior batch, XLRI managed to complete 100% placements for juniors and managed to offer an internship offer to each and every student. As per a common saying, you will surely get a placement if you are an XLer, 100% of the batch got placed and empowered XLRI further.

Placement Experience:

One of the best placements among the B-schools of the country. The SIPs happen during the first term and the CRP happens in the fifth term. The average package for the finals is approx 25 LPA and it has a record of 100% placements every year.

It is highly unlikely that XLRI Delhi will be able to replicate the level of success in terms of placements that XLRI Jamshedpur has achieved. XLRI Jamshedpur has a rich history and reputation, having been established for over 70 years. The brand value that has been built up over this time cannot be replicated overnight, or even in a few years, by simply opening a new center.

Additionally, the decision to open a new campus in Delhi may be viewed as a whimsical decision made by the current XLRI administration, without fully considering the implications and potential challenges of such a move. Building a reputation and brand value takes time and effort, and cannot be achieved through shortcuts or quick fixes. It is important for XLRI Delhi to focus on building its own reputation and brand value, rather than trying to replicate the success of XLRI Jamshedpur.

This can be done by providing high-quality education, fostering a strong sense of community among students and faculty, and developing partnerships with leading companies in the industry. It is also important for XLRI Delhi to establish its own unique identity and not to be seen as a mere replica of XLRI Jamshedpur.
