This year despite covid-19 XLRI managed to not only maintain its quality placement offers but roe to an average package of 25.08 LPA with a median package of 23 LPA to its PGDBM and PGDHRM divisions. The top domains on the basis of roles offered were Consulting, Sales & Marketing, and BFSI with top recruiters as BCG, Bain & Co, ITC, Amazon, etc. Even in the case of internship offers to the junior batch, XLRI managed to complete 100% placements for juniors and managed to offer an internship offer to each and every student. One of the best placements among the B-schools of the country. The SIPs happen during the first term and the CRP happens in the fifth term. The average package for the finals is approx 25 LPA and it has a record of 100% placements every year.
