IIM Rohtak MBA PI Calls 2026–28 Out; Download Admit Card @iimrohtak.ac.in

The IIM Rohtak has released the Personal Interview (PI) call details for admission to its Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) Batch 17 for the academic session 2026–28. Shortlisted candidates have been informed through email and can download their PI call letters from the official admission portal. The PI process is scheduled to be conducted during February and March 2026.

IIM Rohtak MBA 2026 Admission Process

IIM Rohtak conducts admissions through a five-stage process comprising online registration, personal interview, final selection, provisional admission, and reporting for joining.

Stage I: Online Registration for PGP

The minimum eligibility criteria for the registration process are based on the aggregate percentile obtained in CAT 2025. It is clarified that meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting for the Personal Interview (PI) process.

Stage II- Personal Interview (PI)

• Shortlisted candidates from Stage I will appear in Stage II, i.e. Personal Interview.
• All the shortlisted candidates will be informed by Email to download their call letters to appear in the Personal Interview. All the required details, such as date, time, and other necessary guidelines, will be mentioned in the call letter.

Stage III - Final Selection List based on CAT, PI & Diversity scores

• The weighted aggregate of the following components, namely (a) CAT Percentile, (b) PI, and (c) Diversity, will be used to prepare a merit/rank list.
• A weight of 60% will be assigned to the CAT Percentile. A weight of 20% will be given to the Personal Interview Score. Further, a weightage of 20% will be given to Academic diversity and Gender diversity.

Stage IV – Offer for Provisional Admission for the PGP

Provisional IIM Rohtak admission offers will be issued strictly based on the merit/rank list and category-wise seat availability as per the Government of India reservation norms. Shortlisted candidates will receive provisional offer letters at their registered email IDs.

Candidates accepting the offer must pay the Offer Acceptance Amount through the admission portal within the stipulated deadline. Upon successful payment, a confirmation letter will be issued containing details related to reporting, fee submission, document verification, hostel allocation, and other joining formalities.

Stage V – Reporting for joining the PGP Batch 17 (Session 2026-28)

Candidates must log in to the institute’s website using their credentials to pay the term and mess fees within the stipulated timeline and report to the institute as per the joining instructions. On the day of reporting, document verification will be conducted, followed by hostel allocation on a first-come, first-served basis, with separate arrangements for male and female students.
