The brand value the college gives with the experience and exposure of the real corporate world. Efficient placement and internship help is always provided and helped all throughout the process of selection.
The college infrastructure is wide with a lot of aids given to the help and support the students. Infrastructures includes library, gym, grounds and stages and indoor sports room and outdoors courts like basketball.
The faculty are graduates from top notch universities of India and abroad. The faculties are well experienced and provide a overall well equipped teaching style. The mentorship provided by them is well guided for the an overall academic purpose.

Admission:

As a person who got admission in SLS Noida, Christ, KIIT, and IIM, I chose IIM as it is a government college that already has a well-established alumni for management and gives a stronger network base for a person who is more inclined towards a corporate law setup. For admission, you can either apply through CLAT scores or IPMAT scores, followed by a personal interview process and final selection would be based on them.

the thing i appreciate the most is the excellent quality of teaching and excellent faculties.
vast campus size and good environment - the campus is huge with ample greenery and roaming around for morning and evening walks feels very nice
interaction with students of other programs such as IPM, MBA grows your network

Dislikes

mess food is fine. i would not say it is bad given that mess food is pathetic in lot of colleges. but it could be better
the frequency of exams is too much to take on for a student straight out of class 12th. but you'll get used to it after your 1st year

Admission:

I applied to iim indore, jammu, bodh gaya and ranchi out of which i wasn't able to clear the cut off for indore amd jammu. i got selected in bodh gaya and ranchi in bba+mba but preferred rohtak over them due to better ranking, location and proximity to my home. i also gave cuet and applied for bcom hons and eco hons. i got bcom hons in Kirorimal College but preferred iim rohtak. i also got ba llb in bhu but left it. one of the biggest factors was the IIM tag associated with this course which every student dreams of. As for the admission process, it was not much of a lengthy thing. it was short and just a day's process. selected students got an email offering provsional admission to the course. You had to pay the offer acceptance amount of 1 lakh by a stipulated date and then report on campus on the specified date. it took about an hour to fulfill all the formalities and the hostels were allotted subsequently. the orientation was conducted over the next three days. every 12th pass student with more than 60% can apply. i think there is an age cap of 20 yrs. They take admissions through IPMAT Rohtak and CLAT. i think the admission through CLAT is easier as people with even 5000-6000 rank made to the PI round. overall admission experience was smooth

Vast learning opportunities under expert faculty and environment

This program offers a chance to get industry exposure at a young age as IPM students are required to complete 2 internships and 1 research project before the end of their BBA. This gives them a head start and also helps in building a good CV.
The courses in this program are taught by top visiting faculty from various reputed institutes such as IIFT, IIIT, IIM, and so on. Moreover, certain courses are also taught by foreign faculty thus giving students an opportunity to learn from the best
The campus is around 200 acres big and offers plenty of facilities such as badminton courts, gym, carrom room, table tennis room, and much more. They also have a huge library with various resources and software installed in their available laptops

Dislikes

The campus is situated quite far from the main city and requires the use of rickshaws or shuttle to reach there as basic necessities which are urgently needed might not be available in the small shops which are present outside the campus
The male to female ratio in the fourth and fifth years are highly skewed with 80% of the population being female for the MBA term of 2024-2026
The administration is strict regarding leaves and attendance, requiring minimum 80% attendance in lectures and yoga attendance in order to be eligible to apply for an outstation leave. If attendance drops below that rate then you will be given an F.

Admission:

I chose IIM Rohtak over NMIMS mainly because iim rohtak offered an integrated program and gave the opportunity to pursue an MBA straight away without giving CAT. Moreover, their curriculum was much more diversified and also offered more practical experiences which I felt would be necessary for entering the industry smoothly. They also had a residential program which gave a chance to have continuous learning at any point of the day and offered a better campus life due to their vast campus

Mandatory Yoga Attendance for Dayouts, Strict rules
We are not allowed to fraternize with other batch or course students
Hot and humid temperatures on summer make it difficult to go out

Admission:

I applied to IIM ranchi and got selected but i chose this course because it is closer to the capital of India where most of the companies are lcoated I got rejected by IIM Indore because i didn't meet the cutoff marks in the entrance Admission process: Written exam, Afterclearing cutoffs- Personal interviews and then final merit list declaration

A look inside of IIM Rohtak

Likes

Huge campus, we can walk around, lot of sports facilities for students, Nescafe for students and good medical care as well.

Dislikes

There are many empty spaces in the campus which can be used or developed to use for various activities

Admission:

I did not apply to any other college as I wanted to get in this college only. I gave an exam called IPMAT which enrolls us in either BBA MBA course or BBA LLB course if you apply for the latter. For those who want to pursue only law, they can also get in through CLAT. To be eligible for the exam the student should have scored minimum 70 percent and for those under reservation category 65 percent. After clearing the exam you are shortlisted for a personal interview conducted online or offline. After the interview, if the student is selected, they get an offer letter.

The faculty is really good. They know their subjects in depth.
The campu is very big and have all the amenities.

Dislikes

Extra curricular activities could have been better. The quality is very bad.

Admission:

I chose this college because of it's location and good track record. This was the only IIM I had converted therefore joined it. Also, the placement track record was only improving with each year and made sense to join this college.

Likes

The opportunities they provide to the students even for the under graduate in terms of internships.
Peer groups here are very good because everyone here have some kind of uniques knowledge and skills.
Faculties here are excellent because here maximum of them are visiting faculties who came from different countries and University’s having a great experience and expertise in their field.

Dislikes

Hostels here are not that good because its four sharing and a but conjusted.
Student council have dissolved all the clubs and communities because our senior batches had don something wrong without permission.
The college is more academically inclined rather than overall development.

Admission:

I have applied for all the IIMs that are offering IPM course and along with that some provate colleges too like Tapmi and Nirma.I got offer from NFSU, Tapmi, Nirma, Iim Ranchi but all over from that I choose IIM rohtak because its Nirf ranking its placements and campus area. I didn't get into iim indore because I messed up in my interview and The selection process includes class 10 and 12 scores IPMAT indore and rohtak scores and Interviews and every college have different criteria.

I applied to various other colleges including IIM Indore NMIMS Mumbai Symbiosis Pune and was accesspted to almost all the ones I applied to except for IIM Indore. I got rejected in IIM Indore because of me missing the sectional cuttoff

Infrastructure, environment, library, professor
The experience of certain professors are quite good
Faculty members are quite helpful in clearing any doubts

Dislikes

Night mess is not there in a proper way for the batch
Outings are restricted on Monday Wednesday and friday
The food is not up to the mark as it should be

The admission process of the college is quite simple with an online interview taking place and then the announcement of the shortlisted candidates and waitlisted candidates in an email sent from the college

Likes

The best things here are the placements of course with 100 percent placement every year. The faculty is great.
The placements average every year is great.
Hostel rooms are huge and spacious with great roommates.

Dislikes

Very rigorous course but one can manage over time.
Very competitive mindset which increases the overall difficulty of the course
Really less time to explore for yourself .

Admission:

The other colleges that i got were some nits for bachelor in architecture which i got was through jee mains paper 2. I didn't want to study architecture and thus i took admission in indian institute of management rohtak.

You have heard it right. IIM Rohtak does not have the cap around anymore. You will have to apply separately for this college. It might cost about INR 2000 for the form. The college also does not have any sectional cutoffs either.

For the General category, it is about 95%,
90% for EWS and
78% for OBC NC.

As far as salaries are concerned, the highest is INR 24 lakhs per annum and the average is INR 13.70 lakhs per annum. The average salary for the college has increased from INR 11.85 lakhs which was the case last year.

IPMAT Rohtak is comparatively an easy paper and hence, high-scoring. The minimum IPMAT cutoff was 256/480 in 2019 and 265/480 in 2021; but scores in this range can only guarantee an interview call. A score around 300 coupled with excellent past academics with a decent PI and WAT should be enough to convert the final call. IIM Rohtak conducts its own entrance exams like IPMAT and Sports Aptitude Assessment. The application window for IPM and IPL is currently open. Interested candidates should apply through the IIM Rohtak website before the last date
