Ans. In general, if your expectations align with what the institute offers, SOIL Institute of Management is worthwhile to consider for the PGDM. With recent average packages around INR 11-12 LPA and top offers exceeding INR 20-27 LPA, it offers a good learning environment, strong industry exposure, and respectable placements. Students pursuing corporate positions in marketing, analytics, HR, consulting, and operations will benefit from the curriculum's emphasis on hands-on learning, design thinking, and leadership development. However, the ROI is moderate due to the higher fees, and results are largely dependent on the student's performance. It is a good choice for students looking for skill development and balanced placements, but it is not the best choice if you're specifically looking for very high packages or top-tier B-school brand value.
