SOIL Institute of Management Admission Process 2026
The SOIL Institute of Management Admission process is conducted in an online mode. Admission to PG and Diploma courses is based on national-level entrance exams. Candidates have to appear for the exams such as CAT/XAT/MAT/NAMT/GMAT and SAT. Based on the entrance score, candidates have to register for Counselling, followed by GEPI (Group Exercise and Personal Interview) for PGPM and PGDM admissions.
SOIL Institute of Management PGPM & PGPM-HR Admission Process
The admission process for PGPM & PGPM-HR has the following steps:
- Candidates must submit an online application and pay the application fee of INR 2,000 (non-refundable)
- Shortlisting is done based on a profile-based selection process that evaluates the candidate’s academic performance, extra-curricular activities, work experience, and leadership potential. For early applicants (Round 1), admission test scores (CAT/XAT/NMAT/GMAT) are optional. Candidates without a valid entrance exam score can appear for the SAT (SOIL Aptitude Test) and be considered for shortlisting.
- Candidates must go through the Group Exercise and Leadership Assessment. Here, candidates will participate in a Design Thinking workshop and are required to take the SOIL Leadership Assessment for 60 minutes.
- The above-mentioned process is followed by a personal interview.
- Candidates will be selected based on their academic performance, test scores, work experience, extra-curricular achievements, performance in the Design Thinking Workshop, and Personal Interview.
