SOIL Gurgaon offers Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Business Design. SOIL prepares creative Business Design leaders and makes them aware of the needs of stakeholders, their requirements.

SOIL Gurgaon PGDM Eligibility

• All applicants are required to appear for GMAT /CAT /XAT /NMAT.
• Fresher’s and candidates with less than 5 years of work experience are eligible to apply.
• Applicants may submit multiple examination scores; Institute will consider the best score provided by an applicant while shortlisting applications
• Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
• Graduation type: 3 years / 4 years or 5 years integrated program
• Stream: Arts/Commerce/Science/ Engg. (B. Tech / B.E) etc.

SOIL Gurgaon PGDM Admission Process

• Candidates should submit an online application by paying the application fee 
• Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on past academic performance, admission test scores (CAT/XAT/NMAT/GMAT), and relevant work experience.
• Candidates will be intimated regarding their shortlisting through email / SMS to their registered phone number with every detail.
• Candidates will have to attend a Design Thinking Workshop which will be a half-day program where they will solve real-life problems. 
• This will give an idea of the innovative and creative approach of the students towards problem-solving, teaching and learning skills.
• Personal Interview will be conducted by a panel of Industry experts and SOIL faculty
• Candidates will be finally selected based on past academic scores, extra co-curricular achievements, relevant work experience, test scores, performance in the workshop and Personal Interview.
• Selected Candidates will be intimated regarding their selection over email with information regarding their admission and payment of admission fees.

SOIL Gurgaon PGDM How to Apply?

• Fill the Online Application form.
• Create an account by filling in the details. You will receive a unique account ID and password. Using it, re-login into your account and complete the registration process. 
• Enter all the details; academic, personal, work experience related.
• Enter the CAT/XAT/GMAT/NMAT registration details and upload the score card (if applicable).
• Upload scanned photographs. 
• Pay the application fee online. The application fee for the PGDM program is INR 2000.
• Submit the application form.
• Print the application form and acknowledgment slip for future correspondence. 
• Select the date for the “Design Thinking Workshop” round while filling the application.

SOIL Gurgaon offers two 1-Year Post Graduation Programs, Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) and Post Graduate Program in Management - Human Resources (PGPM HR). 

SOIL’s PGPM course provides a solid foundation in major business disciplines and core business skills. Students are made to work on Industry-specific projects and social innovation programs where they can volunteer to frame solutions for real-life problems.

SOIL’s PGPM course focuses on developing HR Leaders with a global perspective who are equipped to handle the workload of an HR Manager / professional in various industries and situations. 

SOIL Gurgaon PGPM Eligibility

To be eligible for admissions into the PGPM program, a student must fulfill the following criteria.

• A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with at least 50% in graduation.
• Greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations
• Minimum 2 years of Prior Work Experience is required.
• Valid CAT*/NMAT/GMAT/XAT/SNAP scores are accepted (Non-Mandatory but adds weightage to your profile)

To be eligible for admissions into the PGPM HR program, a student must fulfill the following criteria.

• A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with at least 50% in graduation.
• Greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations
• Freshers and graduates with work experience can apply.
• Desire to become a HR leader in the future.
• Valid CAT*/NMAT/GMAT/XAT/SNAP scores are accepted for PGPM-HR (Non-Mandatory but adds weightage to your profile)

SOIL Gurgaon PGPM Admission Process

• Candidates should submit an online application by paying the application fee 
• After completing the application form and sending an updated resume, the PGPM admissions office shall revert with a detailed profile evaluation summary within 72 hours. 
• Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on overall profile, past academic performance and relevant work experience.
• Candidates will be intimated regarding their shortlisting through email / SMS to their registered email address and phone number with every detail.
• Candidates will then take the SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT). This test shall consider the following four characteristic traits of the candidates.
  • Leadership potential 
  • Reasoning and Ideation potential
  • Networking potential
  • Self-Leadership potential
• The next round will be a Personal Interview with a faculty member and a senior member from the industry.
• Candidates will be interviewed about their background, how the MBA program fits with their plans and aspirations. 
• In 4 weeks, the results shall be conveyed to the candidates of their selection. If selected, candidates will have to pay INR 2 lakhs to secure their seat, within 10 days of the announcement of results.

Important Points:

• The admission team will assist the students with any queries related to specific programs and provide the details regarding the application process.
• The admission committee will schedule the test and interview as per the candidate’s preferred dates.
• Candidates will also be required to write essays to help determine your fit with SOIL.
• For online interviews, details of the medium will be shared with the candidates on their registered email ids.
• The interview will be of 45 minutes duration with questions regarding the candidate’s background and aspirations.

SOIL PGPM How to Apply?

• Fill the Online Application form.
• Create an account by filling in the details. You will receive a unique account ID and password. Using it, re-login into your account and complete the registration process. 
• Enter all the details; academic, personal, work experience related.
• Enter the following details in your application form in a mandatory preference.
• Contact details of two recommenders, one related to your professional background. 
• Write the essays, in the given fields in the application form. 
• Opt for preferential dates for STAT (Soil Talent Appreciation Test) and interview to attend. 
• Enter the CAT/XAT/GMAT/NMAT/SNAP registration details and upload the score card (if applicable).
• Upload scanned photographs. 
• Pay the application fee online. The application fee for the PGPM program is INR 2000.
• Submit the application form.
• Keep the application form and acknowledgment slip for future correspondence.
