SOIL Institute of Management Faculty

The faculty in the soil department boast over 10 years of industry experience and conduct regular guest sessions to enhance student knowledge. The student-to-faculty ratio is approximately 12:1, with 30 faculty members catering to 360 first-year PGDM students. The assessment structure includes a 40-mark end-term examination and 60 marks allocated for projects, presentations, and quizzes, making a total of 100 marks.

The college operates on a trimester system with exams every three months. While most faculty members are noted for their expertise and approachability, specific issues were highlighted with a few, such as Mr. Sameeran Jana and visiting faculty member Jayendra Malhotra.
