SOIL Institute of Management, Gurgaon, has released its 2025 placement report for PGPM & PGPM-HR programs. While for PGDM, the institute is yet to release its 2025 placement report.

For PGDM Program, as per the 2024 report, the highest CTC offered was INR 27 LPA, an average package of INR 11.05 LPA, and delivered a 100% placement rate for its flagship PGDM in the Business Design program.
For PGPM Program, SOIL Gurgaon's highest package increased to INR 21.8 LPA in 2025 from INR 19 LPA in 2022, and the average increased to INR 12.3 LPA in 2025 from INR 11 LPA in 2022.
For PGPM-HR Program, SOIL Gurgaon's highest package increased to INR 20 LPA in 2025 from INR 19 LPA in 2022, and the average decreased to INR 11.2 LPA from INR 11.5 LPA in 2023. SOIL Gurgaon has also released its Summer Internship Report for 2024.
