Eligibility for B.Sc. in Fashion Technology
Candidates wishing to pursue B.Sc. in Fashion Technology are required to fulfill the below-mentioned minimum eligibility criteria.
- A minimum aggregate score of 55% at the levels of Senior and Higher Secondary Examinations (classes X and XII), completed from a recognized educational Board.
- The Senior Secondary Examination (class XII) needs to have been qualified in preferably, the Science Stream, with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as the main subjects. (Commerce students accepted in some cases.)
B.Sc. in Fashion Technology: Admission Process
Admission to the course is based on the candidate’s performance in a relevant institutional/ State/ national-level entrance exam. Students qualifying the exam with the set minimum eligible cut-off score are invited for the subsequent round of counseling, based on which, the final selection is made.
The counseling process consists of rounds of Group Discussion and Personal Interview, wherein the candidate’s general aptitude for the course is examined, and a merit list is made, allotting seats to the qualifying candidates.
