THE ODE TO MY COLLEGE

Companies recruiting from the campus and highest package being offered

Students are eligible for campus placement when they are in 3rd year or 5-6 sem Many top companies like TCS, wipro visited here. The maximum average package is 5 lpa Student must get above 60% to just participate in placement. And there is very chance that student get a job approx 15% will get admission

Students view on campus life

Overall it is one of the worst government college building ever i see. Its unpainted and the walls are rupchered. Some pc wont work, they are just there. Although rest of them work fine. Library is like okay okay in terms of infra but they gave mostly all the books and you can issue only two books a timsle On the other hand sports activities are well and disciplined. I personally was the head of chess competition of PU. M

Fees of the course per semester and scholarship option available

Since its under central government. The fees get almost no hike in prices. But its also not that cheap as well. Per sem the fees is approx. 25000 since the full course is of 6 sems the total became 150000. Taking about scholarship, they have a lot of scholarship for backwards class people and for religion minorities. Etc

College infrastructure

Okay so im in BCA which really just depends on computers to practically execute programs or code. Our lab is actually quite good. It got AC , fans , all latest computers and also fast computers. Overall its neither the best nor worst. As i also mentioned that the IT building is under construction. Its about to get completed and will huge help us. In BCA we only have 4 subjects due to less subjects its very easy to get bunch of holiday during the exams

Hostel accommodation provided by the college

Our college DOESN'T have any their own hostel. Actually its under construction. And they provided hostel in partnership with an other college So technically the mess is of the other College But the food is awesome and facilities are available as well

Students view on faculties

There are very less students in our particular batch. Some students just changed their college and other students dropped to study from abroad. Its really impacting the studies as students either didnt attend the lecture or got absent ultimately teachers say that we are not attending class today due to shortage of students. Sometimes it get really annoying and frustrating So our teachers are actually have knowledge and experience tbh personally i am really attached to the teachers in terms of studies. They explain each topic really well.

Eligibility criteria to get admission in the college

Eligibility is +2 pass required minimum 60% marks. You can find the wesite to get application form fees and dates on dhe.chd.gov.in I dont that every one get admission on based on their 12th sxams, rather giving me personal exams like PUCHED, JEE etc. and there are no interview as well. It really have to paint the building. Tbh it looks like a hospital rather a typical college

Admission:

First of all this college is most renowned college of the Tricity and Being Government aided College it has it own importance . And if anyone of students is getting admission in this college , no one would have deny the opportunity. I have got admission in other colleges too but I preferred this college for its various facilities provided. For admission process you have to apply via centralised admission portal where you get the admission on the basis of your merit which is a sound method according to me. It's the most preferred college and hence there is a high cutoff for the admission but still I make it to this college and I felt my decision taking admission in this as a life changing experience.
