The semester fees was roughly Rs. 11000, so that makes an yearly amount to Rs. 22000. This fees includes the tuition fees, registration fees, development fees, lab fees and few of the other charges. The admission and registartion fees is paid through online counselling which is just one time fee. Fees for the students that belong to any of the reserved categories is comparatively low. Apart from this therr are few government scholarship also available and financial aid is provided to those students who are eligible under the economically weaker section.

DAV COLLEGE SECTOR 10 chandigarh Year wise fees paid by me - 35000 + examination fees - 3380 This fees structure remains the same through the years with minor changes only as decided by punjab university For a 3 year course approx 1.15-1.20 lakh There is no sharp or sudden fee hike. First SEM Experience

My yearly fees is Rs 45885 and it is really affordable. They also a charge an examination fee of around Rs 3380 for every semester i.e. for six times for the whole course. I am not aware about the scholarships and didn't avail any.

The year-wise fees I paid varied from the 1st year to the 2nd year. In the first year, I paid ?43,523, and in the second year, I paid ?46,643. These amounts included tuition fees, admission fees, development charges, and other compulsory charges. The fee structure was the same for all my batchmates across different categories as well. There were no additional hidden charges. Regarding scholarships, students who scored good marks in their 12th standard were eligible for financial aid. I scored more than 85%, so I received a scholarship of ?6,000. Students with 90% and above were awarded ?8,000, and those scoring above 95% received ?10,000. Additionally, girl students were prioritized and given a concession of ?2,000 as part of an initiative to support female education. Scholarships were not limited to the first year. In both the 2nd and 3rd years, students who scored above 85% in the previous year were granted a scholarship of ?5,000, which motivates consistent academic performance.

THE LIFE AT DAV COLLEGE

The fees for Bcom per year is around 33000 per year which adds up to 100000rs for whole degree. along with that examination fees of Rs. 3000 is paid for every semester. Yes scholarships are available in our college for students in sports , EWS, SC ,ST and batch toppers but scholarships can be availed by few people under above criteria. registration fees is also paid of about 800 per year and an additional fees of Rs 300 is charged per year for college fest.

The yearly fees is approximately 24000. Besides there is no such registration fees and other fees at all. Late fee for the late submission of fees was charged nearly around 2000/-. A lot of scholarships was available but I have not availed any of these. Scholarships like single girl child, SC/ST students etc..

No practical approach towards studies.This was the major con I found.

1.The year wise course fees is approximately 24000/- that I paid when I did my bcom. 2.Admission fees- 25000 Tution fees - 24000 yearly 3.I don't know about the fees of my batchmates for sc/st category. 4.I don't know about the scholarships or financial aid any which are available to students.But yes students do get scholarships on merit basis.
