They are very knowledgeable, all of them having a good amount of industry experience and having excelled in their respective fields.
Campus has over 30 active clubs with interest such as art, photography, development, dance, singing, competitive coding, finance, etc.
The hostel is pretty well equipped with all the basic needs and amenities.

I am doing in btech in electroinics .you may have heard that electronics is the toughest of all eningeering branches so it is very difficult and bits goa has very harsh grading which makes it more diificukt
Bad grading in math courses and difficult courses in general as compared to other branches
The grading is too difficult. the relative grading here is a little bit wierd. the sole power of grading lies in the hands of ic(instructor in charge). if he doesn't feel like it he can reduce the average grade.

Infrastructure, The community of Bits is really good
Seniors help you a lot. They guide you just make contact with the seniors.
In my class out of 45 students 7 are girls .But generally there are lesser girls in ME than in BE.

Course academics are really strict . Just follow whatever sir is saying .
Choose TA(Teching Assistant) wisely otherwise you will give half of you time to TA work only .
Placement Experience:
After 2 nd semester you are eligible for the placements. All the TIER 1 companies MAANG and every company you can think of . Our senior batch is placed like 90 % students are placed . Rest are in PS .
Campus life us great, lot of events happen all the time, the infrastructure and labs are undoubtedly the best considering this is a Tier-1 College, Everything is very organized
The hostels are clean. There's no monopoly from the management side, there's a say for students in everything that happens on campus.
The food is exceptionally good, there's counselling support, good nature and gardens maintained

The grading here is known to be a little more strict in comparison to other BITS campuses
The campus is somewhat isolated, you'll have to travel 8km for city like traffic and shops.
There's no swimming pool and no proper running track
Placement Experience:
there's practice school option in semester 4 which allows students to go to corporate company and work as an intern, giving students exposure to work experience. this can lead to a FTE placement as well. Maintaining 8+ GPA is very important in getting placed. I plan to get placed and work in AI roles.
After 2nd semester students are applicable for placements.
Companies visiting are very much it is not countable also and they will provide an highest package of 40 lakh also and minimum to 5 lakh also.
Percentage of students getting placed is about 95-100% in the worst case because of COVID otherwise it is 100%.
My plans after getting degree is to continue the job that I will get through campus placement
Positive as mentioned good infrastructure, nature friendly campus, good faculties, good hostels etc.
Negative is the fee. I found it very expensive. And the fact that they increases the fee every year.
College is pretty good, it has a good culture and environment as there are no reservations and everyone has come because they are meritorious. But the fees are pretty high for a middle-class background person to afford. Although if one really passionate about engineering or at least serious about his future can make it worthy.
College management nowadays is imposing a more strict environment because of which earlier there was a revolution by the students Many of them are very co-operative with the students but there are always exceptions !!Also the new Director is more interest
