Our college review

I am happy in my college. It is a good college. Anyone can join this college. If you get the taste of the college life you may take admission in our college It is amazing college. You able to learn all types of thing.

The course curriculum is good and it is help to earn knowledge. The Course is designed by AICTE(All India Council of Technical Education). Our college is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (Makaut) and AICTE.So as per Makaut rule 2 semester in year. You have to appear theory paper and practical paper according to your syllabus. Before semester exam you have to appear two internal exam. Semester exam theory papers are 70 marks (3 hrs time) and practical papers are 100 marks(3 hrs. time).

If you are really a good student with required skill you shall get a job. Many companies are coming into college and they selected student through written test and interview. No our college doesn't provide any internship.

Fees structure is designed by our West Bengal government. Nearly about 4 Lakhs in 4 years for B. Tech Course. It depends on government decision. Semester wise you have to pay some amount. And other fees like exam from fees which you have to give separately.

Government of India and West Bengal government give many scholarship according to Higher Secondary result. Many banks are provided loan. You may apply for the loan through college website. Rail Concession is available.

Many extra curricular activities are taken place in college. Cricket , football , badminton , table tennis, carrom , are played by students. There are big ground for sport. Labs are very good. It is amazing.

Hostels are really good. Food qualities are also good. Hostel is nearly 2 km away from college. Building is very good. Care taker is available for all times. Rate is nearly 5500/ month. And infrastructure is good.

Seniors are very helpful. They will provide you proper knowledge and tell about exam pattern anything you ask they will be answered all question politey. They will give you exact idea about placement and share their experiences.

At first you have to appear Wbjee(for West Bengal resident) or JEE Main (All India).After cleared the exam you will get a rank card and you have to go through the e-counseling process. If you are selected the you will take admission in Dr. Sudhir Sur Degree Engineering College.

Our college's faculty is good. Faculties are very helpful. They are cleared your doubts. If you will not understand in classroom they will provide you extra classes. Your syllabus will be completed before semester exam.
