I personally wanted to do BTech on Electronics and Communication engineering from my school So according to my expectations I got good college for this course Course curriculum is good which prepare us for real world applications

In AOT, semeners, industrial visits , invited lecturs and national / international conferences are organised on a regular basis of enhance professional competence of students. Here are some companies which provides internship of our college students •Aimil Ltd. • Airports authority of India •BHEL etc.

Placement Experience

From 6th to 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement Our top recruiters are TCS, Cognizant etc Highest package from our college is 43.5 lpa from Amazon and average package is 3.8 lpa In 2023, the placement percentage of our college was 143%

Fees and Financial Aid

Semester wise tution fees is around 52000 For admission I paid around 107000 including all college fees like tution fees, registration fees, lab fees , library fees etc. For Tution fees weaver quota the fees is much less than others

Campus Life

The Cultural festival held by our college is Arcadia and alsi held Tech festival named Techfiesta every year Huge amount of books are available in our library and study room also provided for us Sports clubs are also available like basketball, football etc.

Admission

Including the fees structure and academics, I personally choosed this college over others as my entrance exam rank. No I didn't get rejection from other colleges, as my entrance exam results, i found this can be a good choice for me

Faculty

Faculty members are too good as my experience. They teach us for our semester exams and personal development Personally I like Mathematics faculty which is actually too good 4-5 type of exams are held during semester

Night Life

In our college campus a gym is available for students which cost 1200 rs per semester and for hostel students it's 1000 rs per semester. Hostel is also in college campus which is good and hangout or night out is strictly restricted after 6-7 pm

Campus life: Hype vs Truth

Placement Experience:

I heard it from seniors that before lockdown it was pretty decent but after lockdown the company visits are not that much comapred to before lockdown.Cognizent, Accenture, Mindtree, PQ360 which is a startup company of our senior alumni etc. visits.

Placement Experience:

Well as far as mh knowledge students get to placements from 6th semester itself . Well there are placement classes from 3rd semester itself . The placement track record of the college is quite good with most year about 90% gets placed with good companies comming like Deloitte, EY GDS , JP MORGAN, Oracle , offering high amount of placement offers like around 20+ lpa . Well I am not sure about my plans maybe if the palacement is good I'll take it or will be preparing for GATE (Whose courses are also provided from college .)

The life in HITK

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in cse, it ,ece and sometimes elec branches. The others dpt also offers a quite unique variety of placements from different companies. Nearly 60 percent of the students have been placed in this year and others are still on board for a positive response.

A Deep Dive into JGEC

Placement Experience:

From 4th year the students become eligible for on campus placements. Few companies that visited are BEL which offered 12lpa , wtw which also offered 12lpa , TCS which offered 9 lpa highest, and many more . Highest package offered this year was 54lpa by Microsoft (off campus) . On campus highest was BEL which offered 12 lpa , the average package is around 8 lpa . My plan is to prepare myself for government exams and get a job by the end of my 4th year .

the cirricullum is quite relevent and comprehensive . BTECH program especially CSE includes specializations like data sciene , cybersecurity, IOT, etc . Exams are held twice in a semester . the college could include hand on learning through workshop , industry project and interships .

Honest opinion about my college(AOT)

1)I applied to TMSL and heritage insitute of technology but i choose AOT over them because in tmsl there are no hostels and in heritage i got ece. 2)Admission to our college is through wbjee, jee mains,JELET (for lateral). no need to worry about admission process you just need all require documents and proofs to get admission. 3)From heritage i got rejection because i don't get cse there.(my rank was 10k). 4)mostly students came here through wbjee in 2025 cutoff of cse this year was approx 30 to 35k....Read More

Academy of technology Reality check

I got this this from WBJEE , i wrote this exam and I score rank under 12 k in which our college has cutoff of 20k. I applied for the councelling of WBJEE and got selected in first round . I have given jee mains too but my rank was not satisfactory. Also I applied for RV college of banglore but there is no seats available in IT and CSE....Read More
