- MAKAUT has rescheduled the 1st Phase of the Registration process for newly admitted B.Tech, B.Tech (Lateral), MCA and M.Tech students for the academic year 2024-25. The registrations will be held on October 28, 29, 30, 2024 and November 05, 06, 2024.

- I love my college campus very much , it have a playground and big pond inside the campus.
- Our college 's library is my favourite place to study.
Dislikes
- I dislike the basic electronics lab , they don't proper equipment.
Admission:
I got admission to this college without attending any Group discussion or any interview. I just contacted with the admission cell of the college and they guided me all the way through the admission process. Our college is under Makaut University's since exam dates are decided by them and the exam level is a little tough.
Likes
- Playground where serious and juniors can play any sports
- Anti Ragging Campus there is no ragging inside the campus
Dislikes
- Some faculties are bad which change the Atmosphere of the college
Admission:
I scored 15k rank in wbjee and I applied in this college then they got me in the maximum cut off for CSE student is 60k in wbjee and other stream is 90k in wbjee in don't know much about other exams because this is wb college and student will get more previlage in wbjee

- The campuse is very beautiful, and the college is very clean and strict.
- All faculty's are very helpful and supportive
Dislikes
- Some faculty's are very bad behavior, and roughs
- Very strick in the exam. No help is provided in the exam
Admission:
I am a lateral student , I finshd my diploma in the TPI Collage. I am pass the college year of 2022. Next I applied for the JELET Exam . And i pass in the JELET exam in 2022. Then councilling process is start. My JELET rank is 456. In the 1st councilling i got the HETC Collage, And 2nd time i also repeat this college and than i got admission in the HETC Collage. Cut-offs for admission can also very widely based on factors like the competitiveness of the admission.

- Course is good enough for computer science and engineering technology
- Teacher are very cooperative to the students and very helpful

- The fees structure is too high for students
- The daily attendance is very tough for the students

It is a very good college and the faculty members are very helpful to everyone. The total environment is too good for students, they can freely move around and attend lectures with their own will. The admission process is also very disciplined. There are some smart classes are also present. Each department has its lab.
Likes
- The campus is very beautiful with beautiful gardens and colorful flowers throughout the year.
- The faculty members are helpful, and few are extremely knowledgeable and sincere.
Dislikes
- The availability of placement oppurtunities can be much better.

The eligibility of the course was 12th pass. The application details and forms were available online Didn't avail any reservation benefits Admission process was smooth enough , the college faculty helped us a lot.

- Our environment in college is very good and our rooms are pretty clean out canteen service is most good our some teachers are very helpful
Dislikes
- Our placement noway days is not so got there are lots of startups companies are there but we need more good company
Admission:
Admission to various courses offered at MAKAUT will be done based on the university's entrance examinations i.e. CET, JEMAT, GAT B & PGET. MAKAUT also accepts admissions based on scores in WBJEE, JECA, JEHOM, JELET for various programs. WBJEE 2024 registrations has begun. Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal is a state university established in the year 2001 also known as MAKAUT. The university is formerly known as the West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). No i can't want to see any improvement in the admission process.it is well and very good.I am very much Thankful for being a part of this university.

Admission:
The admission process was smooth like I am from the state board, and like every other engineering aspiration I went for Wbjee and scored 8000 in general & 2500 in SC but unfortunately, due to some personal issues, I got admitted to HETC. Students with WBJEE scorecards can be admitted to the college on a counseling basis.

- Good on campus placement.many multi national company and new startup are came for hiring students.
- Campus atmosphere is good for students.. there are no ragging in college premises.
Dislikes
- Class room are very old. Need to renovate the classroom.
- Need extra faculty members for help students to doing their project work.
Admission:
I am persuing bachelor in technology degree in computer science and engineering course. Acter completing 12th examination we have to got a good rank in West Bengal joint entrance examination or JEE mains. Then there is a counseling process. Here we have to fill up the form and then we wait for the eligible list or cut off list. I got 15826 rank in WBJEE and the cut off is 21000 in second merit list. If you are a TFW student then you had to rank under 5k to avail this cota and the fees structure for this is around 6 thousand per semester... There have no issues in admission process.
