- The campus is very beautiful with beautiful gardens and colorful flowers throughout the year.
- Companies like tcs, wipro, capgemini, infosys etc visited our college and hired a good number of students.
- Then i secured a good rank that was required to get admitted to this college.
Dislikes
- The things i most dislike is going to college every day for 75% attendence
- Some teachers of our college behavior is so rude . they do not know how to behave like a student.
- Not all faculties are good but most of them r good and helpful but the university under which the college is registered is the worst university the syllabus is vast and the question pattern is worst.

I choose this college because the college faculty or good there as a low fee structure in this college there is the very interesting and most preferly it's a very good college. - Library need to be improved, i think a Library can be suppled bot on only the semester books, it can also supply story books.

First of all I want to go to the outside from our states to looking for a job. Then, i heard the company needed to be a btech candidates. So i directly joined hooghly Engineering and Technology College.

I am from west bengal and I ahd science in my class 12th after completing my class 12th i appered for WBJEE the interence examinationfor engineering colleges of west bengal. And through the cunceling process i got selected in this college.

You've to pass class 12th examination with science and give WBJEE entrace exam and through the councelling process of WBJEE you can get a seat in this college

1.i applied admission apllication on my college and i got admission at first,i didn't surrering more to find other colleges.our college campus and faculties too good so i chose my college.
2.no at that time all collges admission are closed and so i take admission of my college.
3.you need to pass jee/voclet exam with score.cuttoff is 60% of the mentioned exams and you madhyamik and higher second may vary should be 60%.

- I dislike the basic electronics lab , they don't proper equipment.

I got admission to this college without attending any Group discussion or any interview. I just contacted with the admission cell of the college and they guided me all the way through the admission process. Our college is under Makaut University's since exam dates are decided by them and the exam level is a little tough.

- Playground where serious and juniors can play any sports
- college is near the Hooghly station and also gt road

- Some faculties are bad which change the Atmosphere of the college

I scored 15k rank in wbjee and I applied in this college then they got me in the maximum cut off for CSE student is 60k in wbjee and other stream is 90k in wbjee in don't know much about other exams because this is wb college and student will get more previlage in wbjee

Admission:
I am a lateral student , I finshd my diploma in the TPI Collage. I am pass the college year of 2022. Next I applied for the JELET Exam . And i pass in the JELET exam in 2022. Then councilling process is start. My JELET rank is 456. In the 1st councilling i got the HETC Collage, And 2nd time i also repeat this college and than i got admission in the HETC Collage.
Cut-offs for admission can also very widely based on factors like the competitiveness of the admission.

It is a very good college and the faculty members are very helpful to everyone. The total environment is too good for students, they can freely move around and attend lectures with their own will. The admission process is also very disciplined. There are some smart classes are also present. Each department has its lab.
