Teachers are very helpful and they teach very carefully
Library, Reading room all are very neat, clean and also available ac, smart classroom
Whole Building are wifi connected, campus just wonderful, placement full support if you are eligible so you definitely get job surely

Many college in wb HETC is best for me because this colleges faculty ar very helpful proper practical class with interview training and hetc do not lie to speak any so i like hetc.. It campus just like Wonderful and placement best.. Overall 90-95% students are placed different companys

Exploring college life.

Likes

Some teachers are really helpful for the students.
There is a playground. Student's can play in their off time.
There is also good views infront of the college.

Dislikes

Some teachers are not helpful, so nedded to change the faculties.
Placement are not good at all in the last year passout students and also ours.
Library need to be improved, i think a Library can be suppled bot on only the semester books, it can also supply story books.

Admission:

First of all I want to go to the outside from our states to looking for a job. Then, i heard the company needed to be a btech candidates. So i directly joined hooghly Engineering and Technology College.

Environment, faculties, green campus, backside lake
College seniors, Cultural fest is very amazing
Tech fest of our college, club culture of college

Dislikes

Wifi speed of college campus, Lack of lift in academic building
Strict attendance policy, small college ground
Less variety of books in the Library of college.

Admission:

I didn't applied to other colleges because my WBJEE schore was quite low so I couldn't get other colleges. You've to pass class 12th examination with science and give WBJEE entrace exam and through the councelling process of WBJEE you can get a seat in this college

faculty member are too helpful and then even helps every students
college canteen is too good and canteen staff are too friendly

our college should need to improve playground area
reading room wifi is not good its should be improve
there are nothing too say about our college

1.i applied admission apllication on my college and i got admission at first,i didn't surrering more to find other colleges.our college campus and faculties too good so i chose my college. 2.no at that time all collges admission are closed and so i take admission of my college. 3.you need to pass jee/voclet exam with score.cuttoff is 60% of the mentioned exams and you madhyamik and higher second may vary should be 60%.

Likes

I love my college campus very much , it have a playground and big pond inside the campus.
Our college 's library is my favourite place to study.

Dislikes

I dislike the basic electronics lab , they don't proper equipment.

Admission:

I got admission to this college without attending any Group discussion or any interview. I just contacted with the admission cell of the college and they guided me all the way through the admission process. Our college is under Makaut University's since exam dates are decided by them and the exam level is a little tough.

Anti Ragging Campus there is no ragging inside the campus

I scored 15k rank in wbjee and I applied in this college then they got me in the maximum cut off for CSE student is 60k in wbjee and other stream is 90k in wbjee in don't know much about other exams because this is wb college and student will get more previlage in wbjee

The campuse is very beautiful, and the college is very clean and strict.
All faculty's are very helpful and supportive
Lab is very good and the everything machine is on work condition

Dislikes

Some faculty's are very bad behavior, and roughs
Very strick in the exam. No help is provided in the exam

Admission:

I am a lateral student , I finshd my diploma in the TPI Collage. I am pass the college year of 2022. Next I applied for the JELET Exam . And i pass in the JELET exam in 2022. Then councilling process is start. My JELET rank is 456. In the 1st councilling i got the HETC Collage, And 2nd time i also repeat this college and than i got admission in the HETC Collage. Cut-offs for admission can also very widely based on factors like the competitiveness of the admission.

Likes

Course is good enough for computer science and engineering technology
Teacher are very cooperative to the students and very helpful

It is a very good college and the faculty members are very helpful to everyone. The total environment is too good for students, they can freely move around and attend lectures with their own will. The admission process is also very disciplined. There are some smart classes are also present. Each department has its lab.
