The infrastructure of institute is appreciative
The teaching facilities and high qualified teachers
More activities rather than study schedule is offered such as gym,musuc club,yoga etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course literally concentrate on enhancing the morals and values need for teaching. It includes subjects like understanding India, evolution of ancient indian education. Also we have internships in schools so that the interaction can improve our aspects in teaching. The exam conducted is for 2 hours consisting of moderate level questions but refering from a library or outside reference can only help you to get great marks otherwise it may be difficult

Class Size: 46Course Fees: INR 124000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees to be paid for B Ed integrated will be 124000 although there is reduction in fees for category students(ST/SC).As per the hostel fees it is 60000 for one semester. The reduced fees for students below income certificate students will be around 75000.

Campus Life

The ambience of the college is so great and peaceful,from students around different parts of India it is filled with good cultural diversities among students...the technical festival thatva is held here and also Ragam which is held for 3 days straight is an amazing event with joyful programmes,there are different home clubs

Admission

NIT gives much more placements than any other college and also consist of highly qualified teachers. I was personally intrested in NIT calicut so i choose to study here.The college surely has great placements

Faculty

The faculties have a very good bond with the students. Overall the teaching is okay. The time schedule of class hours are comfortable. There will be 2 exams a year, mid sem and end sem. The questions are highly application level questions with needs more practice and learning. The course curriculum is very relevant

Interview Experience

No there was no interview,we got placed here through the national exam conducted by NTA know as NCET...The topics for exams were based on the 11th and 12th NCERT textbook which included Physics,chemistry biology, english,mathematics

Night Life

The campus is open 24 hours...you can see people at night inside the campus.After a certain time no visitors/outsiders are allowed inside the campus.The cafeteria is open at night .The locality is absolutely safe to roam around at night.The curfew timing for first years in the hostel is 9:30PM and for the rest of the batch it is upto 12AM. Gym and library closes before 9PM

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Roles Offered:Positions include researcher, technical writer, and analyst. My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. Peekay college, The heaven of studies and programs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to help others.social service was the main motive. I'm now persuing post graduation because i got best classes from best teachers. Real world applications are that i can be a good psychologist. The exams are gaped 6 months. Difficulty depends on the teachers who prepare the exam papers. But mainly it is syllabus based.

I have choosen this college because it is of top 5 NITs and i am getting a good branch. I have apllied for remaining top nits also, but i got this for my jee mains rank( i couldn't make to other top nits because may be of lack of good preperation for jee). When compared to remianing NITs, this college has everything that every other NIT also have, the sports facilities here can be improved. I wanted to get into Mechanical Engineering in any of the top NIT's so applied for all the NIT's in the NIRF ranking order with mechanical in every college so after the counselling happened to get into NIT Calicut. The admission process is through JoSAA Counselling where students come to the college after getting alloted but before that the student needs to clear the JEE Main Exam to get admitted into the college.
