12 Jun, 2025 Sir Syed Institute for Technical Studies Taliparamba has released the Fee Structure 2025-26 for UG program. The total academic fee is ₹ 70,800 -₹ 1.16 Lakhs.

Sir Syed Institute for Technical Studies Taliparamba Fee Structure 2025-26 has been released. The total academic fee for PG is ₹ 1.03 Lakhs-₹ 1.64 Lakhs.

Sir Syed Institute for Technical Studies (SSITS) is self-financing college and started functioning in October 2002. It is just 23 kms away from kannur railway station and 22.1 kms away from kannur bus stand Jumamasjidh. It is affiliated to Kannur University. The Institute is in pursuit of excellence and provides quality education. The faculty of institute is dedicated, well qualified and experience in their field of education. The Tutorial sytem is implemented to motivate the students for better academic excellence. The institute has all facilities like hostel accommodation for both boys and girls, prayer halls for men and women, library, separate canteen, Full Fledged Laboratory and Transport facility.

The institute organizes extra-curricular activities especially in sports and games to enhance the student’s overall personality. The placement cell provides guidance to the student’s for their final interview. The main aim of institute is to provide education to the muslim minority in particular and rural and backward public of kannur and kasargod district. It provides quality education to all irrespective of cast, creed and religion.

The college campus is not that much big and it's fine for us. There is taking new building and the working is still processing.
Liked the fashion sense of students in college, like in special programme occur in college our seniors are making dress codes and things and which is amazing and look so gorgeous. And the Friend ship and moments are so so good and like they really tt

Dislikes

There is a thing that i don't like is that is the juniors can't participate in dance session for programs that occurring in our college. Only seniors are participating for it and also the dressing for some event are controlled by the Seniors. Buuutt
The raging issue have in our college. And I don't really like that thing in our college.There may seniors get suspension because of it sometimes it's get serious that their parents will come. Its ok if the raging is for some fun and just asking but i
In college facilities there is not that much places for sitting during the intervals. That makes everyone bothered.

Admission:

This college is not that far from my place and it's so easy to come and go daily. And also it's a good campus and the collge is having a good education system's and also i got suggestion to take this college. This is the 1st option i give during the course registration. In the trail i got another college with other course and in the 1st allotment i got this course in the college which got it trail i just visited the college for 1 day. And after that in 3nd allotment got the same option no changes so i become a little abset that that college is so far and other things but in third allotment got the first option that i really not expected. Because they some peoples say that there is not a high chance to change option in third allotment and other things. I give one college which is aided and everyone know there is low possible to get admission or allotment in that college. In our college there is first the admission process the students who is not give college allotment they want to take admission by management.but after admission all of them want to pay same fees for the semester fee

I chose this college over other colleges i applied to were because not many colleges offered this course and i needed to join a college in my hometown and i was recommended this college by few alumni of this college. Eligibility of this requires you to have a science background (Bio-scienc) and percentage about 60%. This college is a self financing college so you can directly get admission through management quota

Likes

College busses are available for students who requires it
New blocks are being constructed hence the infrastructure is improving than before

Dislikes

Need of a better and improved campus for a good campus life
Lacks a proper cafeteria and clean classrooms

Admission:

I chose this college as it was among the only few colleges in kannur,kerala that provided this particular course (biotechnology) and among other colleges that provided this course, ssits had a stronger reputation for biotechnology. As the college is a self financing college, admission process was not difficult or confusing.

Infrastructure is quite good but need to improve

Admission:

I'm not interested to take admission to this college but somehow I got admission.but I'm happy to pursue by degree in this college which I never thought it became a turning point in my life. Admission process of my college are mainly merit base and management base , if your marks are good at 12th board you can easily apply through University admission portal . For management base there is an amount of donation.

The admission process to Sir syed Institute for technical studies was pretty hard. Most students got in using management quota as you need really good grades to get through merit. One can also get through sports quota if he/she has previous victories in sports and should also submit certificates for the same.

Physics is my favourite subject. And my college helped me in increasing my knowledge in physics. All the facilities are assistant professors. But their knowledge in the subject and ability to teach is really appreciated. Syllabus for the semester is usually covered by the semester end exam. Our department has 1 faculty for 4 students.

The first year fee of SSITS Taliparamba B.Com. Computer Application is INR 42,800. The second and third year fees of the course are the same INR 22,000.
