About LISSAH
Little Flower Institute of Social Sciences and Health popularly known as LISSAH is a blooming name in the world of education in health and social sciences. It is training and research centre for education in social works and related subjects. The institute is working towards imparting education to the world, eespecially to the needy and the poor pupil starving for education. It is situated amidst a picturesqueue setting in the feets of Western Ghats. Education is imparted in the field of mental health (psycology), research and training in social work, and various other behaviourial sciences. LISSAH offers Degree in B.Sc Psychology, Bachelor in Social Work (BSW), MSW or Masters Degree in Social Work, BA English with Audio Visual Communication and Journalism, and MSc Psychology.

- The library is great in many aspects. Spacious with many resources.
- The ambience of the campus, cleanliness and proper maintenance

- The overall strength of the college is quite less. Making the campus feel less active.
- No campus politics as such. Some strict rules irrespective of the fact that it's a college.
Admission:
I applied to Providence College. Then my second preference was this college. This college is in my home town so, I need not necessarily be in a hostel. Back then psychology and social work department was one of the best in Kerala. I hope it's still maintained.

I got seat in management quota.For getting management seat we should score above 85% in our 12th board exam.Also students can apply through Calicut University allotment.I think reservation is available .

- Nice ambience and green campus, ecofriendly.
- Library with syllabus oriented and are more usefull for students.

- No placements are avilable for the students.
- Internships are not avilable for students.

Direct application is available in online platform. And management seats are also been provided.maximum qualification is plustwo. Maximum 2hrs is provided for examination. Course fee structure for one year is 22500.

The admission process is through the entrance exam of the Calicut University common entrance text.The notification of the common entrance text will be notified in the website of Calicut University.Entrance exam timing was enough for attending all questions. But there can be make some changes by adding more questions relating to the subjects according to the course we prefer.

- Teachers support us for extracurricular activities and internships, workshops.

- College campus is surrounded by cctv cameras
- They conduct cultural programs but according to other college i feel like we can conduct more programs

We have to apply through the university site. We can get the college's fee structure, facilities they provide etc through college's official website. Eligibility of psychology is you should atleast study science, psychology, sociology in 12th. As it is a private college if you have above 85% in 12th you can get seat in general.

Merit based admission as well as management seats available. Plus two in any field is required. No entrance exams for UG. Entrance for PG in university level. Reservation benifits not available. Merit based admission is based on the Calicut University rules.

The eligibility of the cours was 12th standerd with 60 percentage of marks. Admission process are very simple. We can easily apply, the procedures are very understandable.we can find the application form frome the office.
