Course Curriculum Overview

It's the best branch to option for me where I can join every demand skills of engineering services and facilities are too good and cooperative, proffesor are PhD holders with multi-talented figures of our college.....its not too tough but managing the tym for yourself is challenging

It's about 1.25 lakh per annum and college and hostel fee includes both in it and u will get full fee waiver of u r belong to sc/st or below 1 lakh family income. If you are below to Kerala state you will get scholarship like e-grantz Kerala and nsp and many private scholarship

Our college is has too rich fest .... first one is tech fest tathwa and second one cultural fest ragam , famous celebrities are invited in this fest, our labrairy is too good and well managed by our college adminstration, class room are good , too rich in sports encouragement and has many clubs

We have many facilities in our room 2 fan 2 tube and fastest network lan cable , our hostel has best mess with rich diet menu, it's very easy to pay fee and register yourself by online , need to visit hostel office , you can do you work online

98.5 above percentile u if will get in jee mains then only u will get nitc and its one of best nit of India and best branch in every aspect is eee.. prof. Of this college is very cooperative and friendly .....good nd eco friendly campus with too much greenries

from semister 6 students become eligible for campus placements and companies loke bank of america , google microsoft etc visited for campus placements and the highest package is about 54 lakhs where as average is 11 lakhs and about 98% of the students are placed

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

An aspiring first year student’s review

Placement Experience:

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.

I have choosen this college because it is of top 5 NITs and i am getting a good branch. I have apllied for remaining top nits also, but i got this for my jee mains rank( i couldn't make to other top nits because may be of lack of good preperation for jee). When compared to remianing NITs, this college has everything that every other NIT also have, the sports facilities here can be improved. Life at NITC by Vimosh Kumar

I wanted to get into Mechanical Engineering in any of the top NIT's so applied for all the NIT's in the NIRF ranking order with mechanical in every college so after the counselling happened to get into NIT Calicut. The admission process is through JoSAA Counselling where students come to the college after getting alloted but before that the student needs to clear the JEE Main Exam to get admitted into the college.
