Course Curriculum Overview

2

I can research start researching from the 4 th year, that made me choose this course. For real world application this is not that great, they have to conduct more workshops, connect with more industries etc. The curriculum needs some adjustments in the completing period for each topic. The teachers should really work well, they must convey us the information by putting effort, some are like anyway we are getting paid. Exams are not that difficult, timings depends on course. Iam chemistry major with physics and maths minor. Chem and phy have practicals, theory is 2 hrs. Maths also 2 hr. Commerce as mdc 1 hr. Second language 1 hr. English 2 hr

Some are approachable and some are not. We have 17 students in our batch and there are 10 faculties.our hod saino miss binoy sir jinu sir, they teach well. Thomas sir, our faculty advisor and preethi miss, our senior faculty advisor they are really friendly and approachable but our hod is not that approachable, she is terrible most of the time. Sumitha miss, depends on how we obey her. Jenny miss, she is such a changing person, i don't know what to say. Nissi miss, i don't know, she just came after delivery. Aswathy miss is such a vibe i like her. My 4 yr hons programme consist of 8 sems, but you can stop after 3 years if you want that is 6 sems. 3 students failed in our 1 st sem, they will be clearing there supply in 45 days not the next year.

There is an open gym and also an awesome gym with equipments under our clemis hall, but the problem is its closed nobody is using it. Cateen is good. Cafeteria is also good but price is high. Outside the college friendly price. Hostel closing at 6 pm. No hangout places you have to travel far. But nice food spots are there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.
