Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Internships Opportunities

4

Iam currently in 4th sem after this I have to do intership so I have not that kind of information but inmy field only in ernakulam and banglore are offering intership in banglore a company is offering 5,000 stipend for one month for intership and a certificate. And only projects are in 8th sem which means 4th year so currently I have no projects work. So if we complete all this we can go to any companies which have our types of field.

Fees and Financial Aid

The year pay for me(General category and merit based)is 2,500-6000 For SC/ST are free only need to pay tuition fees I think When I joined they charged 12,000 for all these things like tuition fees, lab fees etc My batchmates are obc so their fees are affordable Noamount of schoralship offered

Campus Life

5

My college has annual so many programs like fresher, Christmas, onam like all festival programs.kalsovam sports competition etc.. Christmas in December, onam in September, movie festivals, fashion show, miss all saints etc. We can access any competition book in our library but english fiction novels are limited only one shelf for that and library card are available for borrowing books.journals are not available. Only 3rd years have digital board we have classic white board for project we go to projector clasrooms. in our campus offers basketball, batminton, football, skating. No socialgroups only nss and ncc volunteers.

Admission

I applied to 6 or more colleges, like university of Kerala, women's college, mar ivanios college etc.i got first allotment in bsc computer science in mar ivanios but I cancelled because of the distance and secondly I got in this college called all saints it is a women's college and the course was what I liked so I choose this college over that.I couldn't get the women's college because of general category all though I have quiet nice mark if I waited for supplementary allotment i could have get it but I didn't and joined this college. My college allot students which have 95 percentage in first allotment and 92-93 in second so I got it and admission process is time consuming.

Faculty

4

1)30-60 ratio maybe some faculty has less staffs ,se teachers are very friendly and approachable over all ,some staffs may be differ 2) English, language faculties I love them because they are very good with students any doubt we can go to them 3) chemistry because they some teachers are rude not everyone and hard to approach 4)6 subject are there and sem wise exam in 6 month there is one examination first sem was quit easy as sem increases exam difficulty increases 1-5 students failed in one or two exams

Interview Experience

5

We don't have group discussion or interview in our college if you have high marks that more than enough. And when admission we have to wait long that is one problem.we don't have to prepare once we got allotment and memo we can get into this vollege

Night Life

3

We have no nightlife in college because our college is closed after 5:00 pm College doesn't have gym. College have caferia which is very expensive when we look outside foodstalls.so we often hang around in outside there is a cycle park in our outside .library is in our college we don't often go to library. And I don't think that college outside is safe to hangout.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
