Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum for MA English Language and literature after revision includes papers like dalit studies and many ither relevant elective papers, gender studies, critical theories, etc which are of contemporary importance. The curriculum inculcates in as the habit critical thinking in every subjects in the real world.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides teaching internship for the aspirant students. No company internships are provides except placements at technkpark companies as telecaller executives. Internships are provodes at near by government schools
Fees and Financial Aid
At the time of admission one need pay a fee of arpund 9000 which includes admission fee, PTA fee and other fees. For MA English Language and literature course yearly fees is around 2500. Various scholarships are available like egrantz, for fishermen community and others, those with any scholarship need not have to pay the fee
Campus Life
The infrastructure of the campus is good, it provides a vibe of a campus but festivals are less and is becoming more and more less settling to just onam celebrations. The dance and music club sets up small open stage programs. The involvment of the Department of physical education in the sports activities is very good
Admission
The admission is purely through the allotment process done by the Kerala University and we will be alloted any one of the college in our preference list according to our index marks. The college progide high standard education and they also expect that standard from their students.
Faculty
There are a number of faculties so as to.meet the student numbers. All the faculties are approachable and we can discuss our things with them except a few. Semster exams are conducted and internal exams are conducted before the main exam by the college authority.
