Arts college in all around

Best college in tvm to pursue MA english in tvm. Better than other two famous colleges in Tvm central. Govt arts college stand out with an equillibrium maintained both in academics and other fields. Last year the first two ranks in MA English in kerala university is received by my seniors.

Academics here is appreciabl semester system is going on and exam comes at the right time.daily schedule is from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm which includes 5 hours a day. Portions will definately be finished by the teachers and seminars are conducted.there are 4 papers to be studied in a semester and exam is conducted for 75 marks for each paper. Internal marks are given in 25 observing the apperance in internal exams, assignment,seminars and attendance percentage. Teachers try to keep us relaxed without giving us hectic shedule.

Job oppertunities are high. Scholarships are availible.government jobs are best option with this qualification. I wnat to be a proffessor and here seminars and classes are given to get a good awareness of evolving job oppertunities.

Technical festival is not likely to take place. Culturals are more likely to come.we celebrate onam ,christmas and other kerala festivals and in addition diwali holi etc. Arts and sports fests take place once in a year with commitment by college union. Our college came within top 10 colleges in last years university youth festival.

Afforadable university fees and exam fees is only needed. They are to remitted once in a semester and will be about 1500 in a semester. Fee reduction can be taken by students having E Grand. It's a scholarship for economicallt backward students.

E-grand is a scholarship availible to students who have annual income less than 2 lakhs an year. It can also be availed by students from BPL and who are sconomically backward. Fee reduction and stipend can be availed with this scholarship.

Thet are super good. Sports and arts are also given good importance. Cultural programmes are given nice acceptance. Women cell is working there are programmes are conducted in a weekly basis. Sexual orientation is given through seminar classes. Campus politics can also be seen.

There is a university womens hostel and is very affordable. Admission is given accoding to marks. Monthly fees is about 2000rs and is super affordable according to other hostels around. Food and all other facilities are good in my opinion.

Yes, they are helpful for students seeking admission there to get a good image about college and overall atmosphere. My experience with seniors is good and they behave nicely to all other students. No sort of ragging is also found there.

According to the university of kerala i was needed to submit an application form to get admitted at any of thr colleges under the university. My first option was govt arts college and i submitted application online.as i secured 85 percent marks in my graduation exam,i got admitted here in merit list without any reservation.

There are 7 teachers in our english dept most of them are with phd. They try to give us seminars and assignments to train ourselves as teachers. They try to compleete all thier portions on time. They are all committed in their proffession and they help us very well.
