Course Curriculum Overview

3

After the higher secondary education i feel like to get a proper degree from a well known college and in a good subject so i end up in B.Sc physics. We can get a vast idea of universe from this course. The course need to be improve in application also. They only teaches about theory and go. We can get a proper knowledge about the subject.

Fees and Financial Aid

Studied under calicut university in government college madapally since it's a government college the fee is comparatively less. Average of about six thousand is paid yearly. Which include development fee, lab fee and other compulsory charges. The caution deposit is about 360 rupees. Batchmates who are SC, ST categories are offered e grants scholarship and also for OBC students. There is central sector scholarship and other scholarship for the welfare of students

Campus Life

3

Programs are conducted frequently by the union of college. Machinari fest is also conducted upto 3-4 days in any month once in an year. The classrooms doesn't provide any technological teaching methods. Only lecture notes are written down. Sports and other extracurricular activities are very active such as softbase ball, football, cricket, table tennis and so on.

Admission

My desire is to join Delhi university for hon. In physics but ended up in government college madapally. But it's not worse. I didn't write the entrance exam for delhi university because i got sick by corona and went quaratine at time of exam. The admission is through single window admission process.

Faculty

3

The faculty to student ratio is not maintained well. Faculty student relationship is very worse. We can't open up to teachers about our problems still there are some good tutors and also counselling member is available every time. Soumya ma'am of English department is one of the best teacher i had interact with. She is veru friendly towards everyone. Santhi krishna u of physics department doesn't keep the student teacher relationship nicely

Night Life

3

There is a gym run by physical education department. Timing is different for both boys and girls. Girls are allowed from 3:00 to 4:00 pm and boys are allowed from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. We can't stay in college at night. College gate is closed at 6:00 pm every day. There is a library block that's access to every body and also separate department library for each department. Hostel are available only for girls. There is a beautiful beach way down the college which is a spot for relaxation

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.
