- I was mesmerized by the beautiful campus. The green portion of cam is about 80 Percent with variety of beautiful and unique flora and fauna.

Course Curriculum Overview
I am a student of B.A (Hons) Economics, and considering the difficulty of the course it requires being consistent and hardworking. Microeconomics and macroeconomics are my favourite areas and they give insiders about the entire economy. It is a very demanding course and provides a wide range of future options.
Internships Opportunities
A lot internship opportunities are required by the training and placement cell with work from home, hybrid and work from office opportunities. Some of the companies include holidify, Chegg, magnik, ixambee, career 360, leading solutions. Various roles like content writer, sales and marketing intern, data analyst, business development intern are offered.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placements ince the very start of the 3 year. Number of companies visit the campus like Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, and many more . Average package is of 5 to 6 lakhs. Majority of the students who perform well gets placed
Fees and Financial Aid
For economics hons , yearly fees is approximately 30,000? . It is comparatively high because sggscc is has AC. Number of scholarships are available like H.S Gupta Scholarship for students facing financial limitations.
Campus Life
There are various society and each society has its annual event like EDC has E summit, FIC has monexus , urja has achiever's United . Classrooms are well furnished and has AC and library also has a ide range of books and it's a very spacious one . Extracurricular activities like sports and societies are also offered in bulk, we have badminton court, table tennis, basketball ground, football ground and well known cricket field.
Admission
B.A (Hons) Economics requires combination of Maths + English ( mandatory) and other two subjects . Sggscc has 50 percent reservation for Sikh. Internals are conducted back to back like 2 exams in a day and then 2 exams next day .
Faculty
Faculty is highly qualified, supportive and very cooperating. We have associate professors, assistant professors and there are many professors writing research papers in different domains every year and then getting it published. Apart from this teachers are quite approachable and they also provide us with ppts and assignments for our practice.
