A Comprehensive Review of Aliah University

I choose this course as this is my passion to learn such as codings , data science etc. And also pursuing btech in government colleges is a dream of many students as it takes very less fee and provides very good facilities at low price. I suggest to improve the timings of my teachers to learn us. Sometimes their timing management cause us. Timing of exams are very good as it takes the exams in semesters. The difficulty level is moderate. The notes of teachers and professors are very helpful as they make most of the questions from their notes.

Companies such as Lead Height, Lumino industries, JYOTI CNC LTD. , Lincoln Electric company, Synnova Gears and Transmission, Overseas Merchandise Company Ltd , Cube Construction company . , Genpact , Piramal Pharma Ltd etc. provide internships to many students as associate trainee engineer, territory sales officer, production associate , inspection engineer , architect engineering trainee, Trainee in Production Department, shift trainee, HR executive trainee etc. offered by companies to every department. Students are opportunities to make the projects as college will conduct hackathons, AURA and many mores.

The placements at ALIAH UNIVERSITY is average to good. Students are eligible from 7th semester for campus placements. Top companies such as Amazon India, TCS DIGITAL, TCS NINJA, Capgemini, Candor IT, Capsitech IT Services, Pinnacle Infotech, Housiey, Lumino industries, Intellipaat Software are visited in our college and give top roles such as HR executive, BDA, GET, VCS, Relationship Manager, LINE INSP-QAQC, System Engineer etc. to the students of Aliah University every year on campus. Last year in 2023 the highest package in our college is 50 LPA & the average package is 4-5 LPA. Almost 70-80% students gets placed in every year from our college. My plans after getting the degree is GATE EXAM & get a good rank in exam.

Tuition fee for odd semesters is almost Rs 6900 and for even semesters is 5700. The total costs of my course btech is almost 49000 for 4 years including all tuition fees, examination fees , service fees etc. Students who pursue btech and are the residents of West Bengal gets the amount of Rs 60000 through aikyashree or Swami Vivekananda scholarship. Students who are not the residents of West Bengal are eligible to apply NSP. Every year campus placements are very good. Many companies came and offered jobs to many students from every department.

Every year in our college renessiance of Aliah managed a big fest for the freshers students. And every department individually give a fresher party to their freshers students. And the college will makes an arrangement for a 21 days innovation programme for the freshers students. Library in our college is very good. Fully AC library maintained by top professor. There is a seperate building for library contain 3 floor with PC's. There is almost 25000+ books in library. Classrooms are well maintained and clean. There are almost 12-14 lifts available in college for students and professors. Mostly all sports are available and played by students in campus. Greenful campus filled with many trees. Many social exhibition , science exhibition, seminars occurs every month.

Most of the students got hostels with roommate. And the seniors who are in final year or in MTECH or pursue PhD have personal rooms. In rooms you will have a personal study table , personal almirah , personal single bed given by college. There is large and seperate building for girls and boys hostel. And the securities are available at roof and the ground floor at everytime 24*7. There is strict rules in hostel. After 10 pm you are not be able to go outside the hostel. The meal quality is very good. There are two canteens available in campus. Both canteens provide delicious foods at low cost. The registration process is so easy after taking admission after 1 months the college officials opens a registration form and you have to fillup a online form available on Aliah University website. The hostel costs only 300 per month. If someone wants pg or rented room then there is a option beside the college from Back gate of college there were many rooms available at low prices.

To get admitted to B.Tech. at Aliah University, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 60.0% in 12th. There are two ways to take admissions in btech. First students have to get a good rank in WBJEE and take admissions at ALIAH UNIVERSITY to every course and second there is a exam named Aliah University Admission Test (AUAT). Which is being taken by Aliah University. Students who get good rank can take admission in every course that they want. There is no reservation benefits for AUAT exam.

The faculty to student ratio is almost 1:60. The teachers can easily take care of 60 students at a time. The teachers teach in a very well way so that students cannot find any problem to understand. The faculty members are always available for students. They reached to their students and contact with them and solved their problem. Their way of mentoring is very good. I interact to teachers and professors without hesitating as they always teach us in a friendly way.
