the college and the campus has a pretty safe environment to be in.
auditorium of the college is very amazing.
the teachers are dedicated towards the work and the faculty is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I like political science as a subject a lot. The faculty-to-student ratio is also good like there are a maximum of 60 students for a teacher. I am not sure about the college qualification of the faculty but our principal takes an interview of the faculty. the term exams had a pretty decent amount of time to prepare and it was moderately easy to pass exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fee structure is pretty amazing and the fees are also quite affordable for the course they are providing. we do not get any scholarship as such or any financial assistance but we get placement opportunities by the placement cell of our college pretty regularly for all courses and all years.

Campus Life

the campus life is pretty decent with the annual fest named Ullas held every year during the summer months. they are a lot of books in the library the library consists of three floors with a wide range of resources including e-resources available for the students. the classrooms have projectors and a wide range of sports are being played in the college and we also hold intra and inter sports competitions. There are a lot of societies present in the college making short the students have a lot of options to choose from and there is also a book club run by students of the college.

Admission

the course eligibility required the total aggregate of 3 best subjects from our 12th class subjects and political science was to be necessary to take in the cuet entrance exam. application form is available on the Du UG admission website and application form dates start every year after 12th class exams.

Very good curriculum- focus on practical approach rather than theories. The relevancy is great for sure. As a students of economics majors I am greatly satisfied with the curriculum here. People with other subjects like Political Science and History are also often offered educational trips

I found English hons to be a subject which can make me confident and fluent for the real world. Improvements could be done in management since it sometime lacks . the frequency and timing is fine the exams are of 3 hours which is enough for it .

Honestly, i would rate the course curriculum 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensive. At first I wanted B. Com but then one of my Aunt inspired me to take Economics hons instead . It provides a solid foundation for practical applications by blending the theoretical concepts for the real world applications

Just an Honest Review of SRCC, DU, Hostel, Delhi...

Placement Experience:

The placements of Shri Ram College of Commerce are one the highest in Delhi Univerisity. For the session 2023-23, the highest package was 35 lpa, average package was 10.15 lpa, median package was 8 lpa and the gross placement value was 51.6 crore. There were more than 100 recruiters from more than 15 sectors, including McKinsey & Co., BCG, Bain & Co., Kearny, Accenture, Delloite, JP Morgan & Co., etc. with more than 500 offers. The Placement Cell also launched an initiative of assissting people with special abilities to secure placements and interships. As of now, I have not settled to what I am going to do after graduation.

KNC, DU honest review as someone from outside Delhi

I applied for multiple other colleges in DU. Like hindi, Venky and SBSE. I was alloted by CUET according to my prefernce list.
