Remarks

The admission process is quite smooth. All the details regarding the application form, application fee and application dates are updated on the college website according to the schedule. Basic eligibility criteria are: having passed 10+2 from a recognized board, had physics, chemistry, math in +2. And should qualify to jee mains entrance exam. The counselling process is also very easy.

Course Curriculum Overview

Kalyani is a well-reputed college for BTech. After I qualified to jee mains I was looking for a good college like this. All the faculty here are very helpful and kind. The faculty-student ratio is 1:10. Faculties try to build a good connection with the students which is beneficial for the students in academic performance. Exams are conducted after completing every semester. The level of question helps the students to create a good understanding of their subjects.

Class Size: 28Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Placement Experience

College offers 90% placement every year. Students become eligible for placements after the 6th semester. The big fours are the top recruiters of our college. The average package offered in the campus placement is 500000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Various merit-based and open scholarships are available for the students to apply for. The fee structure here is quite basic and affordable for the most. The semester fee is approximately 2800. Scholarships like SVMCM, UGC Indira Gandhi single girl child scholarship etc.

Campus Life

The college campus has a very good infrastructure which makes the campus life very interesting. There are a lot of activities which are conducted frequently. Clubs and groups like nature, technology, theatre, and music are the pride of the college. The classrooms are well equipped hence creating the best environment for the students to learn. The libraries also allow the students to read a variety of books irrespective of their genres.

Story of hit

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

Placement Experience:

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.
