Remarks

The admission Process was great and not so difficult. there has a help desk facility for all the needy students at every step. Students can contact the help desk for help and members will help them definitely. The eligibility criteria for admission are easy to achieve if you have capabilities. We can get the application form through the admin counter on the ground floor. for the payment process, we have a duration of 3-4 days from the application applied. we can use the college ict center for completing the fee process. Their has the facility of the Internet in labs. For information on reservations benefits you can talk to help desk staff or even you can check online on the official website. I don't think that there is any need for improvement in the admissions process. The environment is helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I chose this course because I had interested in it. this course provided me with a technical subject also which was computer science. And really I was happy to get this. the faculty staff is supportive by nature. they support all their students even then when the student is not from their course. Their method of teaching is excellent. they clear every doubt of students and give their best for it. All faculty members are well qualified and specialists in their subject. The computer science faculty is too supportive as well. most of the students didn't know about basics computer but with the help of the faculty and their teaching students gave their best during exams. The faculty and all the staff are punctual in their work. The examination process is based on the semester. After completing the semester the examination process is start. only those students felt difficult during examinations who didn't study Or skipped their lectures. Examination process is the same for all students.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Pursuing 3rd year means from starting of the 5th semester you are eligible for internship opportunities. The major companies are BYJU'S, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, etc. the major roles provided by internships are data entry assistant, HR, Digital marketing, Graphic designing, programming, content writer etc. In my views, i think around 70-80% students getting placement in the college.

Placement Experience

5

Pursuing 3rd year you are eligible for getting placements in your interested field in different companies like Wipro, BYJU'S, etc. The major objective was to help students learn more about the field they have an interest in and students know how to work in a team. However, different companies from different sectors visited the college for giving opportunities to deserving candidates from many courses of the college. Overall over 72% of participants got placed under an average salary of INR 3 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee process is divided in two types one is an annual fee per annum and the other is an examination fee per semester (duration of 6month). The fee is affordable in both cases. students can also apply for scholarships. College premises give scholarships like Student aid fund, Delhi govt. Scheme for SC, ST, OBC, NSP ( National Scholarship Portal), etc for students from economically weaker sections, minorities, schedule cast, etc. Students Can fill scholarship application form online through the official website. Faculty staff also have a social media Group for giving information to students.

Campus Life

5

Life at the college campus is excellent. The college premises organized freshers party for students to "welcome their freshers". They also organized a fest for all the students named "YUVAAN" and invites jass Manak as a chief guest. The infrastructure is really beautiful, we have a separate gym cum indoor games place in the college and regular seminars and workshops are done by different departments where they call journalists, editors, technical field professors and HR or digital field company in chief to tell and give us useful and attractive knowledge. A big playground where many sports events were organized and played, we participated in an event named "family Olympiad" where students and teachers make a team and played different games with a lot's of fun and enjoyment, library having good air conditioning environment and numerous books newspaper, magazines, etc. It provides clean sitting facilities with the best arrangements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum is decided by delhi university, economics wing and is followed by all the colleges of du, although few topic are often irrevelent which teachers tend to skip. i do feel that curriculum is pretty old and they should introduce new topic which are more related to reak=l world and give us real life experience not just bookish knowledge which is irelevent. they should also ask for students input related to their curriculum, teachers sometimes tedn to just do book reading. internal exmas are taken frequently and difficulty is 3 out of 5

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a good course. I went for it mainly because I am preparing for UPSC CSE (pretty common around here). In that context the course is helpful, and also for those aiming to enter research, academia, museology, archaeology etc. However there are not many placement opportunities and for most it would be better to pursue masters later on. Teaching methods are inclusive, both english and hindi medium students can comfortably study. However both students and faculties have some complaints regarding the curriculum changes under NEP such as the sequence of courses in each sem.

There's a very active placement cell in my college. They conduct placement drives, webinars and workshops. Both the jobs and internships are offered. The best package was of 2024 offering 23 Lpa and the average is around 6 Lpa.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is rightly designed. Plus the teachers often suggest books that can be read from library regarding course topics. The library is very nice here. I used to study in the library for long hours. The exam notes and everything is available at the photocopy shop that's inside the college. Writing this review really made me miss the college more

Placements definitely stands out as passive placement cell of the college is too good. They are quite aggressive and keep attacking us with getting ready for placements. As top corporate house like Big 4 and top Indian conglomerate also comes to our college for placements.

Initially i took this course beacuse i filled it as a backup for coming into delhi university but now i can say that the course is very interesting and it is practically applicable in daily life. Tho the theory exams are quite difficult and subjects like advance mme where max students fail exist but then also it is doable and has market value

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is done in the 3rd year. The highest PPO given is 24,00,000 to auditing and taxation departments. Average package is about ?15,00,000 to ?18,00,000. Companies like Eay, KPMG and more visit our college for placement. Most students under the commerce department get offered internships. Other than this, the placement cell also actively keeps sending internship opportunities for students to enhance their profiles. I am an English honours student l, thus there is no placement option for me directly unless I take up options from the P-Cell. I have already interned at EY India, Gurgaon, as a forensics and risk management specialist( throigh personal referral). My knowledge (attained from DCAC) of research, report and article writing were used adequately.

Placement Experience:

Generally, after BA no one is placed and even if we apply for a job we don't get a good package. So, students generally go for masters or some other courses through which they can get placements. Talking of college placement and internship cell we don't have very good facilities as very limited companies are there for recruiting students. Many students don't even get the internship. This is a major negative point of college.
