- Faculties of SRCC are so wonderful that even studies aside they help us get the real career guidance too.
- At SRCC one thing which deserves a standing ovation is definitely the seniors as they are so amazing and always help us reach the best society and learn as much as we can through them.
- Probably we are the only DU college that has a proper sports complex with multiple sports.
Dislikes
- Students are allowed to choose societies in the first year itself as otherwise they are not allowed to join societies.
Course Curriculum Overview
Economics or technology are the only two studies that matters these days. I was not meant for engineering and therefore I chose this as it conceeds less expenses and give as good a future prospect. Also, if you do from SRCC, then there nothing wrong that you can go with.
Placement Experience
Placements definitely stands out as passive placement cell of the college is too good. They are quite aggressive and keep attacking us with getting ready for placements. As top corporate house like Big 4 and top Indian conglomerate also comes to our college for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
SRCC is best college and even though the fees is less but it one of the most expensive in DU. The fees is 26000 as tuition fees and then deposits and I Card fees. Tax and all and the final tally becomes around 33000. Examination fees of 2500 per semester has to be paid seperately.
Campus Life
Our campus is 16 acres long and quite a few buildings all in top condition. Management has ensured that best labs and best classrooms should be provided to students and therefore we do have the best of the best. There are no concerning scenes with infrastructure in our college. Our annual fest Crossroads is also one of the best fests of DU.
Admission
Admission is ominous as similarly like other universities, DU has its own entrance and to get BA Economics Hons in SRCC, one has to be at the top and only the toppers get admission here. SRCC was always my first choice and second wave LSR. I got both but i chose SRCC.
Faculty
Faculties of our college are very easily get going kind of people. They duly understand the demands and the stress that DU education brings. So, they never pressurized us and even though just two semesters thus far but i still feel that faculties actually gives us a sense of belonging.
Night Life
SRCC is very close to Vishvavidhyalya Metro Station and that's a great advantage that our college has. There are a lot of hangout spots like Patel Chest Area, Telegram, Tom Uncle Maggie Point. Hudson Lane is a great place to hangout and the best definitely is the Kamala Nagar where there are endless cafes.
