Remarks

As this has many growth perspective and good record of placement. This is the institute where most successful leading students have grown and have had a career of their own choice. With extra curricular activities and vast exposure to the society and world.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was number1, I never faced any problem like that Fully updated with application based knowledge and great exposure to placement team with companies coming and hiring with regular interaction and best teacher Harpreet kaur mam.

Class Size: 58Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

IIFL, paid internship with stipend 2000 per month. I'm finance intern in that Duration 2 months.

Placement Experience

Very good and exposure wise they are growing with more and more companies coming like Wipro, KPMG and E&Y. We got many offers with internship fair organized. We got to.know many industry people as well with lots of understanding.

College Events

They were wonderful , I really enjoyed every fest and fresher's party with my friends. I participated in many seminars and talk shows which were organized at college with known personality joining us.

Campus Life

It is wonderful and is developing more with stylish auditorium and Gurdwara sahib which is the best place in the world. Also beggars point,canteen and lots of things with CCD at our own college and library.

Placement Experience:

I have heard that only 1-2% of the students got placement in our college and they have average package of 7LPA and final year students are eligible for the placements held in our college.as first I will try of make my cgp good and to be selected in the interview for the placement try my best if not i will be doing further studies for my masters

DSC is a decent college!

Placement Experience:

DSC placements are not that great as around 30-40% students are placed and that is how it is here. Most students of Political Science go for higher studies or get job opportunities in political consultancy or journalism.

This course was for the upcoming government exams as it provide a fundamental knowledge for them and the curriculum prepares it for real World applications do not have any practical knowledge, but it was more focus on academic more theoretical and areas of improvement. A great college for this course with the potential to be the best

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of KMC works really well. Many top companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and Wipro visit the campus. It also arranges internships and placement drives, making sure students are ready for jobs. Overall, KMC provides a lively atmosphere and strong career support. From 6th Semester onwards, students can sit for campus placements. The highest package was upwards of ?30 LPA and the average package is around ?6-8 LPA. Our course saw a similar average package and the highest package was ?23 LPA. Around 30% of the previous batch was placed with the rest going for higher education and other job or entrance examinations. After getting my degree, I plan to go for higher education in statistics or economics. And beyond that I have made up my mind that I want to appear for the UPSC Civil Services Examination and RBI Grade B Officer examination.

For placements, there's not much on campus placement programs. Our placement cells are active though. Time to time they keep us posted about the upcoming internship or job opportunities and even invite various organisations for placements. You can even look for off campus placement programs and teachers are very helpful in this. They even offer letter of recommendation for the internship opportunities upon request.

Gargi : A home to a stranger

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love the course I have opted for in the College. I had so much interest in literature since I was in school, hence made the decision to opt for English Honours in my undergraduate degree. The curriculum of this particular course is easy to get, teaches practical knowledge. We have Internal Assesment and Continuous Assessment before theory exams. In continuous assessment, we are given some topic to make presentation or a group discussion from our sense of knowledge and experience. Speaking up in a crowd and in front of the whole class gives the practical knowledge of being there, present, confidence and speak up your thoughts I would love if we can also watch theatre within the curriculum as we read various plays but watching and analysing them would be great. Mostly the exams are held in December and May, they are moderate level of examination and I have found absolute no difficulty sitting in them and writing. We get 3 hours for the core subjects, and 1 hour for our respective VACs, SECs and AECs.

DU prestige:just a show?
