Best College

My collegs is the best in all aspects. Whether it be the academics, infrastructure, teachers or anything else.

The curriculum contains subjects from economics, finance, management, research and law and foreign regulations. It is a good course that provides industry soecific knowledge and help the students in gaining skills that finally help them in landing placements.

Many companies come to our college for BBE. Some of them include BAIN, Willis Towers Watson, EY, Tresvista, Travclan, Wipro, etc. The process if placement starts with a pre-placement talk followee by an aptitue test, a technical interview, HR interview and then finally on an offer letter.

The college organises various events starting from the Freshers Party, Cultural Fest, Annual Day and Farewell Party. The societies of the college also organises at least 2 events a year. That makes a total of 100+ events by the college in an year which see the participation from all over the university.

The fees of the course and of the college overall is feasible. The breakdown of rhe fees is also made available. We can either pay the fees through NEFT or by a cheque. There are no additional charged except the annual fees. Although, the fees of this college is much higher than other colleges, but it is worth it.

I haven't opted for any education loan. The college provides for scholarships based on the academic performance and sports. I have been given a scholarship in the first year for being the college topper.

The college has approximately equal number of girls and boys. It also has a three storey library, 7 computer labs, shooting range, sports room, football ground, volleyball court, cricket ground and a gym. The overall environment at the college is good enough.

No, I haven't taken a hostel room in the college. But the rooms are good, fully air-conditioned. Most importantly, safety is the of utmost importance in the hostels. The rent/ charges of the hostel rooms are also feasible and lesser than the PG available outside. The food of the mess is quite good too

The college maintains an alumni database and also have an alumni association that organises and annual almumni meet.

It is a professional course more with the practical applications part. I gave the DU JAT entrance test for the same and got a rank of 313 and was alloted this college based on the rank and my college and course preference. First the result was announced and subsequently the admission lists. We were asked to submit the documents in the college.

The course has approx 8 teachers who are in the age group of 23-45 years. Some of them have Phd and some have Mphil. While the others are opting for doing Phds. The lecturers have a good base of knowledge of the subjects they are teaching. Some of them have authored their own books too.
