Apart from this, their structured program not only imparted theoretical knowledge in me but also helped me to gain in-depth practical exposure and much needed comprehensive understanding of real-world applications. Hence, overall I would say that the amalgamation of classroom learning and hands-on experiences at SRM University truly prepared me for the dynamic challenges of the professional landscape

In your opinion, how an Alumni of SRM University help their juniors to grow?

At present the proud Alumni of SRM University are working with reputed tech giants and businesses across the globe and their reach has definitely helped their juniors to grab some amazing opportunities for internships and placements. Apart from this, the presence of alumni in various top companies has helped build a great reputation for the university as well as providing essential guidance to students for skills development before they step into the outside world.

What kinds of extracurricular activities does your university usually organize to enhance students' skills?

Our SRM University has a diverse range of clubs and domains to conduct a plethora of co-curricular activities for students' skills enhancement and giving them a platform to showcase their talents to a wider audience so that they can better prepare themselves for real-life situations and perform best at their respective jobs.

And it gives us immense happiness and satisfaction because even after leaving the University, we have all the ethics, values and skills which were taught to or inculcated in us during course for better decision-making abilities and boasting our critical thinking capabilities and creativity.

The learning culture which our SRM University has maintained on campus, the kind of practical exposure and placement opportunities it provides to students along with its highly educated and experienced faculty members makes it an amazing place for ambitious students to pursue their dream courses and build a thriving career in the field of Engineering. Also, the University is not only limited to the Engineering domain but also provides great exposure and a rich curriculum in the field of Medical Sciences, Law, Hospitality, and Business Management Studies.

I would rate placement activities of SRM University as 4.5 out of 5. Because it offers opportunities to students to work with various start-ups and MNCs for engineering and other relevant roles.

What kind of exposure and opportunities does your university offer to students?

From my experience, I can say that the university not only focuses on academics but also provides a wider overview of the outer competitive world and hands-on experience to students through its clubs and activities and events they conduct from time to time. Apart from this, various types of workshops, expert talks, industrial visits and technical fests are organized and students are encouraged to participate in them. Last but not the least, the University offers opportunities to students for research fellowships and semester exchange programs etc.
