The placement scene at Ram Lal Anand College is decent but not extraordinary. The college has a placement cell called Pathway that starts guiding students from the 4th or 5th semester through workshops, resume sessions and internships. Companies like Wipro, Genpact, Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, and American Express have visited the campus, and around 200 students have been placed in recent years. The highest package has gone up to about ?20 LPA, while the average remains close to ?6 LPA, with many offers in sales, HR, and marketing roles. Still, only around 10% of students actually get placed through campus drives, so most students either go for higher studies, competitive exams, or look for opportunities off-campus. Personally, I plan to use the placement support as much as possible but also prepare for further studies and internships outside, since depending only on college placements feels a little risky.

Bcom is very good course but now it has become very common so difficult to find a good placement but the syllabus is very easily one with good sound of basic knowledge then one could easily get a good cgpa

In my 2yr, got a college internship in HR with a work from home option and a stipend of 15,000/- INR. It was a valuable experience that can enhance my skills and resume too. Moreover At the same time 3rd year students were getting their placement with the salary range of 4.5L-6L . It shows that the college provide good opportunities for students to kickstart their carrier

I choosed b com because i am from commerce background and I want pursue CA. So many people apply for b.com that's why it's hard to get a seat , that time 12th percentage is important for selection but now it's cuet based

Term exams are not difficult to pass as teachers are well educated they will teach you from the basics also. There will be two semesters each year so there will be 6 semesters in total as Bcom is a 3year course. There have been different teachers allowed to different subjects as per their expertise.

Teachers in our college are highly qualified as it is under DU and the way of teaching and speaking is very good. The course curriculum is relevant but students must pursue higher education to get better opportunities. The level of the semester examination is set accordingly so that the average student can also attempt and got decent marks.

Campus college is located in satya niketan which is very safe place and student's area. Direct metro connectivity through pink line. Nearby colleges are a great attraction and is helpfull for exposure purpose.

I don't know which semester students become eligible for campus placement. No companies visited till now and no offers are made till date.
