Likes

Facilities are very good in our college, campus is not so big but with aryabhatta college it is good
College is best for sports. You will get all equipment for your sports and also get refreshment after practice session
All the Departments are good and CS department is the best in the college.

Dislikes

Its time table is not that much good. there are classes that are scheduled till 6 pm.

So this college is the only college that have both of these things, that i want and i am very happy. i don't have any issue with the college. Its the best. i didn't reject any college because i get this college on my 1st preference and i get admission through CUET

I do like the college canteen soo much because of their south indian food options and the new tendor holders are also very polite
crowd of ram lal anand campus are very much helpful and friendly and they will help us in anything

Dislikes

I didn't liked the campus infrastructure as it's was only situated on a 10 acres of land and it didn't felt as big as other colleges around
One thing I dislike about my college is the timetable. Classes continue till evening, leaving us tired and drained. There’s barely any time for self-study, rest, or personal activities. A shorter schedule would make college life much better.
One thing I dislike about my college is the way holidays are given. We hardly get proper breaks, and sometimes holidays are announced at the last moment. It becomes frustrating as students cannot plan their time or travel properly.

Admission:

When I was applying for colleges, apart from Ram Lal Anand College, I also tried for other DU colleges like Motilal Nehru, Aryabhatta and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya. I did get shortlisted in a couple of them, but the cutoff percentages were slightly higher in the top ones and unfortunately I couldn’t make it there. That’s what went wrong—I was just one or two marks short in a few cutoffs. Ram Lal Anand, on the other hand, had a more achievable cutoff for my course, and the campus environment also felt quite comfortable and student-friendly compared to some of the others. The college is well-located in South Campus, which was another factor I considered, since travelling daily becomes a big part of college life. The admission process here is through Delhi University’s centralized system, which is mostly based on CUET scores now (earlier it was cutoff marks from class 12th). The eligibility is simple: you need to pass 10+2 with the required subjects, then appear for CUET, and admission is given as per the merit list and preferences filled on the DU portal. For most students, CUET is the preferred exam because that is the main gateway. The cutoffs vary from course to course, with higher ones for popular streams like B.Com (Hons) and Political Science, and slightly lower for general courses. My overall admission experience was smooth—the online portal guided the process step by step, and once the seat was allotted, I just had to get documents verified and pay the fee.

I have applied for top colleges in delhi like- Hindu college, JNU, Lady shri ram college etc But cause of my numbers amd there were much role of my that i have not make my preference in a good way may be the main reason that i don't get admission in this colleges If i talk about my college then it us good my college have AC , good teachers and much more but there were not good as the ither colleges i have applied for If i talk about my admission process the marks u need for my colleges is as a Obc is 500 in cuet and if u have 400 then also u will get a decent course and all the admission process is online u don't have to do much as it was done by them u just have to pay your fees

College life goes on

Likes

Variety of societies and the crowd and campus is very good
Societies like tawarikh the historical society especially designed and constructed for historic studies
I am fitness freak so that's my college helped me out by providing me yoga classes

Dislikes

Canteen food is average but the behaviour of worker and co workers is not pretty good
Hygiene of washroom can be improved and limited sports availablity and our sports ground is not in better condition
And I really think our college administration is very rude and non cooperative

Admission:

Actually I applied for the college I am in right now which is Ramlal Anand South campus, Delhi University through CUET ug and had score of around 580 with this decent score i applied for colleges in south campus in the top priority me being honest I live near satya niketan so I for the proximity of college applied for near college looking at the infrastructure faculty and crowd parameters and ofcourse the course of political science honours,I also applied for top women's colleges in DU like miranda and LSR ,gargi but couldn't make it through it cause I felt women's colleges encourage the feminine energy and girls inspire each other to engage more but still coed is no less a great institute option ,so I am satisfied with the overall outlook

Teaching methods is very nice, each and every single room has a smart T.V to teach students
Access to aryabhatta college is a good thing and you can gain exposure
Campus facilities are good and enough for the students

Dislikes

Campus is not so big and is small so this is a drawback
Sports ground is being shared with aryabhatta college
Campus could have expanded more but it isn't expanding

Admission:

Ram lal anand college lies in south campus near dhula khua nearest metro - durgabai dekhmukh south campus and this made me choose this college as transportation by bus and by metro both are convenient. South campus college are known for the good college faculty and infrastructure

Labs of microbiology department are very modern equipped
College campus is free of all kind of ragging activities
Way of performing experiments is much attractive.

Dislikes

Some teachers are very rude and misbehave.
Campus is not so much big and all rooms aren't air conditioned .
Some teachers teach wrong information and misguide children towards a religion.

Admission:

I choose this college because it is one of the best colleges in microbiology and a fewer colleges are there in Delhi which offers this course. I didn't get rejected from any colleges, admission is given through an competitive exam called hai CUET.

College canteen is too good ,the. Food is if good quality
Sports facility are good ,if you are in college teams you get daily 60rs refreshment in canteen free

Too small campus ,just 2 small bulidings
We share a common playground with aryabhatt college
Freshers and other college fest are not too good but othe colleges in campus have good fests

I applied in aktu councilling It is for btech colleges in UP But i was only getting addmission in private colleges which has fees upto 16lakhs of 4 years And i was not willing to put soo much burden on my parents And this course was also too flexible so when i got it i entered here

The curriculum which is in accordance with NEP- 2020 , providing a holistic development opportunity to students. Various Ability Enhancement Course and Skill Enhancement Course included to enhance skills of students.
Faculties are highly qualified and experienced. Students can work under various research projects. Lab facilities are also up to the mark. Infact it is one the the best in Delhi University.
Various Societies are there enabling students to enhance their soft skills like leadership qualities, public speaking, team work. Annual fest is SPLENDOR, a three days long event including performances from college students and a celebrity night.

Dislikes

Sports facilities are not adequate. Though there are annual sports events but one can't pursue it on a regular basis. The sports ground is shared by two colleges.
As per Microbiology course, the time table can get a bit hectic because of long duration of practicals.
Hostels are not provided by the college. Students have to rely on nearby PGs and flats which sometimes charge a hefty amount.

Admission:

Apart from Delhi University, I have applied for Banaras Hindu University for BSc Agriculture and Psychology courses but the university has changed eligibility criteria in the mid of the counseling process due to which I could not get a college there. I have applied for other colleges in Delhi University for Microbiology but Ram Lal Anand was my first preference. It's because the college is well known for its Microbiology department which is the most well organised and well functional than other DU colleges. Lab facilities are far better than colleges like Bhaskaracharya and other Co-ed colleges. Also the college is only 20 km away from my home which is much lesser than other colleges and there is good metro connectivity making the travel easier. The admission and counseling process is online and conducted by Delhi University administration. It is fully based on scores of CUET UG. No group discussion or interview round. 4-5 rounds of counseling conducted including a spot round.

The table tennis college

Likes

Food was nice in the canteen. The mess was cleand and well maintained and the prices were reasonable too..
The sports faculty was awesome here..all i remember was playing table tennis throughout my bachelors.
The marking system and the assignment allotment was well maintained.

Dislikes

The infrastructre was hell we shared a football ground with another college that is Aryabhatta.
The faculty was not upto the mark, their attitude and way of teaching was not very clear
The other staffs of the college was rude as well especially the sportq management the one who issues sport material.

Admission:

I chose this college as it was convenient for me because it was close to my home and was not in crowded area as compared to north campus colleges. Tho college was not upto the mark only that make me survive the college experience was the friends i made there. During my time the admission was through the merit list and i did not make the cut for better colleges in south campus.
