- The infrastructure of the college is very much commendable. It's a good campus and each of the classroom has air conditioner and a smart board installed hence making them smart classrooms.
- Faculty of the college is really helpful and friendly. The teachers are well qualified and each has great ways of teaching. It really helps students stick to their studies without any extra burden.
- Crowd is one of the notable factors. The college has friendly people, all the seniors are very friendly and the student union is always there to lookout for the students problems. This makes it easy to live without any stress and study your way.
Dislikes
- Canteen is small and has limited menu. They have the limited menu and it makes it less options for students to eat.
- There are less benches in front of canteen, during peak hours it becomes very crowded and becomes difficult to take food.

Internships Opportunities:
The internship opportunities are available in good numbers. Multiple companies like Deloitte, zomato, vedantu, HDFC etc. They also provide CTC around an average of ?5LPA dependening upon your performance. They even let us network with startups, companies for internship opportunities.

- Small Campus size as compared to other institutions
- Playground shared with other college Aryabhatta college
- There is no On campus hostel facility for students.
Internships Opportunities:
Google, Amazon , Paytm and other companies are associated with internships with a good stipend of about 5000/ month.
The roles offered are asst. manager, Asst. Executive , project coordinator.
Not much information I have about the projects. but for microbiology there are internships with a dedicated wet lab work in CSIR, ICER etc.

- I really like the college infrastructure. It is actually a very old construction but maintained very carefully and the insides are secured by new infrastructure. Every classroom has an air conditioner and smart boards with student access.
- The college is very open culturally, everyone is open to do their own things and no one objects. Everyone is focused in their own way and networking opportunities are surreal. You are a free bird here, who can do what he likes without any contraints.
- The college has academic inclination for core courses like management, commerce etc. If you are someone who wants to learn and grow academically, this college really has the pedagogy to provide that need and give environment for study excellence
Dislikes
- The Faculty are way to serious about their subjects. Every faculty member has their set rules in their classes, restricting the student who don't find the class interesting.
- The ground is shared with another college because of some legal issues and it creates a lot of tension between the students of both the colleges, as it ruins the sport experience.
- The college is in South campus of delhi university. But the issue is that mainly north campus are regarded as good but the south campus remain underappriciated. Thats a issue which makes the student look weak in other parts of UoD.

Internship and CDC is also managed by Pathway cell. It is very active in getting the students there desired interns at firms and they try to get good stipends as well. The average stipend will be around 5k for part time roles and 40k as the highest. Also our college provides Internship Scheme, which helps students do small task for the college and earn some extra bucks.

- I didn't liked the campus infrastructure as it's was only situated on a 10 acres of land and it didn't felt as big as other colleges around
- One thing I dislike about my college is the timetable. Classes continue till evening, leaving us tired and drained. There’s barely any time for self-study, rest, or personal activities. A shorter schedule would make college life much better.
- One thing I dislike about my college is the way holidays are given. We hardly get proper breaks, and sometimes holidays are announced at the last moment. It becomes frustrating as students cannot plan their time or travel properly.
Internships Opportunities:
Internship opportunities at RLA are quite good, thanks to the Pathway placement cell. Students usually get chances from 2nd or 3rd year with companies like UrbanClap, CRISIL, Akaaro Consulting, and ICDL. Roles vary from web development and report writing to digital campaigns, often with a small stipend. One example was a project where students built portfolio websites using teacher resumes, which gave both creative and practical exposure. These internships help us gain real-world skills and sometimes even open doors for future placements.

- Teaching methods is very nice, each and every single room has a smart T.V to teach students
- Access to aryabhatta college is a good thing and you can gain exposure
- Campus facilities are good and enough for the students
Dislikes
- Campus is not so big and is small so this is a drawback
- Sports ground is being shared with aryabhatta college
- Campus could have expanded more but it isn't expanding
Placement Experience:
Campus placement are ok but very good it could be more, 3rd year students are eligible for campus placements , after receiving my degree I will go a professional course like CA/CMA etc for better package than others

- The curriculum which is in accordance with NEP- 2020 , providing a holistic development opportunity to students. Various Ability Enhancement Course and Skill Enhancement Course included to enhance skills of students.
- Faculties are highly qualified and experienced. Students can work under various research projects. Lab facilities are also up to the mark. Infact it is one the the best in Delhi University.
- Various Societies are there enabling students to enhance their soft skills like leadership qualities, public speaking, team work. Annual fest is SPLENDOR, a three days long event including performances from college students and a celebrity night.
Dislikes
- Sports facilities are not adequate. Though there are annual sports events but one can't pursue it on a regular basis. The sports ground is shared by two colleges.
- As per Microbiology course, the time table can get a bit hectic because of long duration of practicals.
- Hostels are not provided by the college. Students have to rely on nearby PGs and flats which sometimes charge a hefty amount.
Internships Opportunities:
Internships opportunities are well available here. The placement cell works to provide internship programs in different industries. Both paid and unpaid opportunities are there. Pay ranges from 5-6k per month. Internship jobs include Data Entry, working as an assistant in research projects, etc. Industries include medical colleges and institutions, food and pharma industries.

- The college campus is bit small and could have been better if the campus would be large
- Even though the college got nice library, we aren't allowed to take laptop inside it

As already addressed before the pcell of the college, Pathway offers great amount of internship opportunities which include from well known companies as well . And most of the internship options aren't limited to specific courses or years

- The first thing I liked about my college is the crowd. Almost all the seniors are very much supportive and they all have a positive attitude towards their juniors.
- Second thing that is best about the college is the infrastructure. The builiding is quite big and the college is very spacious.
- The administration department tries to solve the queries and questions of the students immediately.
Dislikes
- The thing I disliked about my college is the canteen. The food is not too much tasty. Although the food items costs very less, but there is no taste at all (according to me).
Internships Opportunities:
Google, Amazon, Flipkart,Myntra and there are many other companies located in Gurgaon who have offered placements in our college. They are MNCs, giving chance to the students to gain some practical knowledge.

- For sports all the things are available with best playground of our college.
- There are many society in which a Student can get admitted in the basis of his/her audition.
- College canteen is quite good and quite big . So one can enjoy his time there.
Dislikes
- College elections are the worst time when a student should stay at home .
- College campus is a bit small . It's because one building of RLAC. Is given to Aryabhatta college for some time but in upcoming 1-1.5 years RLAC will get it back . Then many more subjects will be introduced in college.
Placement Experience:
In RLAC there is a placement cell which work for providing placements . Every year many companies ( big/ small) come and choose the liable students for their companies.
Looking back into not many MNLC s have approached to college but yes by looking at the stats it can't be said that MNlCs don't approach.
