- The scholarship also grants to good students, their placement training and assistance are brilliant, and our college is always ranked in the highest placement ratio.
- Our college gives a huge opportunity to each and every student to get placed in the reputed company and they can a get a good idea of how the interview done
- Teachers are really helpful and are passionate about their subject and motivate us to make changes in the learning experience .they provide helpful meaningful notes for students to prepare for exam.they do listen to students suggestions while teaching.
Dislikes
- College canteen is not so good. the food they provide its not good
- The average package is very low . last placements were not so good .
- Hostels are not good there..students prefer more for pg and own flat,as hostels also don't have good mess as there foods are not good.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I am a student of Electronics and Communication (ECE). The faculty-student ratio is 1:8. The faculties are well-qualified, and their teaching method is overall good. Their exams are at a moderate to hard level.

Placement Experience:
From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements.
Name of the Companies visited are TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, PWC, Accenture, Infosys, Oracle, Adobe, EY, EQ technologies, LTI etc
Highest package 27 LPA and average package 4 LPA of mass recruiters.
95% of students getting placements in a year of all dept.
My plan is to take placement and go to the IT sector.

- Teachers way of teaching. They really teach very well.
- Gate preparation. This is the only campus in West Bengal where they provide free Gate coaching which is really beneficial for us.
Placement Experience:
Campus placements were quite good upto 2023 batch. But this year many companies are not hiring employees anymore which is the major reason for the downfall in Campus placements. I hope the situation will get better next year. Last year the highest package was 72 LPA and average package was 8.83 LPA. This year till now only 184 students got their placements and many are yet to get. I am planning for doing m.tech after this degree.

- The library is too big and there are sufficient books to read.
- The faculties are so friendly and good they helps us very much.
- The rules and regulation of the college built the students.

- There is a dress code in the college student pay a huge amount for this.
- There is no play ground here so we can't play freely.
- The campus is too small it just start and end here

From 6th semester students are eligible for their campus placements.
There are many companies visiting in our college. Like Samsung, Infosys, whipro, TCS etc etc.
The highest package of our college is 72lpa and the avg package is 8 lpa here.
Almost every students get placed here.
After getting my degree I want to do some higher studies and search for govt job.

- The cleaning process and good environment,I like it in my university.

- There is no attachment to playground to play sports.
- The disciplines and rules are too strict to follow
- There is some glitch in the official website of University which needs to be improved.
Placement Experience:
Form 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Samsung, Capgemini etc companies are visite the campus for placement. The highest package is 72 lakh in UEM campus. Almost 100% gate the placement. After getting the degree I'm interested in masters.

- Venture oppurtunities and quite a good acess to fund your projects

- Poor Infrastructure and amenities , No AC, slow elevators
- No campus just buildings. No field to play
- depressing hallways and building . not a good campuss life
Placement Experience:
Form 3rd year they are eleigible . Giving gate is compulsory and many companies visit . IEM boasts a placement of 100%. highest package was 72LPA and avg is 5.5LPA. my plans are to sit for government exams

College placement is too good. After 6th sem one can seat in campus placement .
Many companies like TCS, Cognigent, Capgemini, Oracle, Accenture, Wipro , IBM ,PWC ,etc come every year.
Avg package is 4-5 LPA.

- hygenic bathrooms are there, very nneat and clean bathroom and classrooms are airy,

- as it is connected with iem, sometimes the syllabus is incomplete.
- very little time to prepare for the semester
- playground is the only thing which is very small here, and all the foods are very costly lower middle class students like me can not afford it daily

The course curiculum is well planned and all the teachers are very well knowledged and friendly. we also have esp sdp economics, to get ready for the govt job exams. this things is the ost unique thing our collage offers, we also have various foreign langugage to learn.

If I talk about our college placement then I would like to say that many popular companies come in our college. Like TCS ,Wipro, Infosys, capjemini, Flipkart. Our college give avarage placement 4 lacs per annum and the highest package of our college is 72 lucs.

Percentage of students getting placements is approx 70%. My plan is to do a job or business after getting the degree.

UEM Kolkata has been the highlight of negative views lately and here are the reasons:
- It is fairly new and hasn’t reached any milestone yet which makes it unreliable according to the standards set in society. People don’t trust newly established private universities.
- The entrance exam of UEM Kolkata is very easy and people pass it without any problem.
- UEM Kolkata is new and therefore has no accomplishments and therefore uses the records of UEM Jaipur which makes parents skeptical.
- The Institute has a very strict environment and therefore comes in the way of students who want to enjoy their college life. These students somehow convince their parents that the Institute is not good for them.
- UEM Kolkata had issues with UGC(University Grants Commission) and is not recognized by the government and therefore it creates doubts about the degree among students.
These are some of the reasons why some students will be skeptical about joining UEM Kolkata. Talk to the students presently studying there as they can only provide you with the exact information. Try visiting the institute beforehand and decide for yourself.
