Some faculties are very experienced they teach us very well, here labs are in good condition you can do practical demonstration easily.
Uit rgpv provides excellent placement opportunities to students, with a good track record of successful placements in top companies.
Uit rgpv is good in fee as very low about 23000 and scholarship is also given to the students who are eligible for the scholarship and jobs opportunities are also more in this college with good package

Dislikes

The placement is not too good, but there are many companies that offer you decent packages the placement are not that good because maximum companies are mass recruiter but you can go off-campus placement.
The college hostel has a very low occupancy there are no bed for everyone
There is a hostel on our college campus which provides a bad facility there is a mess for students there is a library for the students for style study there is a parking facility there is a canteen also.

Playground, Sports Complex, Overall wide Campus Area
Library gives good atmosphere for study.
In this college best thing is KRC where we can use paid software for free and upgrade our skills.

Dislikes

Bus leaving timing, our class end approximately at 2 or 3 oclock but we have to wait till 5:40 for bus leave.
Due to wide campus we have to walk very much.
Distance between main gate and college building is very much

In 6th Sem Students are eligible to sit in the placements, there were a long list of recruiters from UIT some of them were TCS Infosys Caparo India IBM Persistent Accenture etc. My goal is to shift abroad and do research

The reality of my college

Likes

The infrastructure of college is good . It is modern infrastructure. And college campus is vast .
Study facilities are good enough . Department also offer best facilities.
Library is also very good . Many books are easy to accessible for students.

Dislikes

Mess food is not good instead there are many tiffin option available
Hostels are not that well but a student can manage... Or he/she can manage for a PG if he/she is economically stable
No travelling facility as the college campus is vast ... Have to travel by own

Placement Experience:

Placements are good . And the TPC (Training and placement cell) also offers the practice session for the students so that they can perform well in placement. Highest package in mine college (on campus) is of around 15-16 LPA and the average package is of around 6-7 LPA

All about UIT-RGPV, Bhopal

Likes

The college campus is huge and covered with lush green gardens. It has a good infrastructure as well with well equipped labs. Every department has a separate building and has enough space.
Teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Placements are decent and college is reputed.

Dislikes

Only about 50% students get placed every year

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent with an average package of 3.5 lpa and a median package of around 3 lpa. Some people do very well in off campus placements wherein they got a package of 54lpa in Google, 45lpa in Amazon etc. About 70% of the students get placed from the CS/IT branches and 50% students from the other core branches. Some of the companies that frequently visit the campus are TCS, Cognizant, Mckinley Rice, Opensense Labs, Appointy, Persistent Systems, etc. I plan to do an MBA after this degree. I get plenty of time to prepare for CAT as there is no 75% attendance criteria in 4th year.

I love the environment of the college peoples are friendly in this college
I like this about world by the faculty in this college
I like the bus library and all the other facility which is free of cost

Dislikes

Nothing which I dislike is canteen there is no proper food
There is no proper management for anything people suffering for many things
There is no proper training intensive opportunity in this college

Placement of my colleges average there are masik router which is continuously coming to our college like jio TCS and other companies and their are several startups which come to our college to higher students for internship also

Life in UIT RGPV

Department Library And Labs:- the labs of mechanical department and very advance and scientific. There are various software available for students with departmental labs which provides access to software for free and it is easily accessible with perm
Knowledge Resource Center And college Library:- It is a place where students and get pc anytime during college and studies there and can learn new things and library is available for all
College Faculty:- the teachers of college are highly qualified as co pared to other colleges. They are very professional in there field

Dislikes

Sports facilities:- college supports sports but there is no union and clubs
Time utilisation it is a necessary factors due to timings of buses it is long to stay in college
Buses are less in our college and there quantity is very low

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to our college timetable it is very best As it has 8 labs and time for self study for students 4 classes of library and if there is no classes you can go to library. The ratio of theory classes and labs is 1:1 . Which helps students to get more practical knowledge than theory As mechanical engineering 1st Student I get to know about Auto CAD software and it is not the part of curculium the syllabus is well organised according to iits and nits . After completing a semester we need to submit a internship certificate in the end of the semester and it is compulsory for all

Worst mistake of my life is to take admission in this college.

Likes

Only thing which is good about this college is that it has affordable fees and lenient attendance
Campus is huge you can just rome around that.
hostel is pretty much affordable and near the academic building.

Dislikes

Poor placements here like 3-8 lpa which is very bad.
There's no fest no culture activities nothing
people don't attend classes so they always empty and college has nothing special like no canteen nothing

Placement Experience:

You are on yourself as college provide close to nil placements. people here prepare for GATE and govt exams but you can go off campus if you make your skills good enough but that's a tough road. There's nothing else here

College has well established campus and campus is situated outside of city
No issues of attendance in almost every branch except mechanical
Get time for preperation for GATE examination

Dislikes

Bad management... Because it's goverment college, things in this college is very late
Is university institute of technology there is no canteen
No guaranteed placement is there..you have to try hard for placement

Course is well arranged year wise in every branch, it's settled according to the syllabus of GATE examination....big disadvantage of this college is uneven exam's....there is 3 mid semester exams and 1 end semester exam

The college campus is huge and it has three boys hostel and 1 girl hostel and 2 canteen and it has sport complex where students can play badminton
It has sceneric views and my college is very isolated and it has lots of greenery and it has atm facility in campus and bus facility also
My college has very good training and placement cell which is very good , it has lots of alumni

Dislikes

It's a govt college so it also has cons and every college has cons according it's not well maintained college they have to improve that
My classroom air conditioning system is not working properly it has some issues

I like the infrastructure,the view of collage in the raining season ,in this collage hostel fee are very less that easy paid..
In the clg the library and knowledge research center (computer labs ) are very good

They given placement opportunities but less opportunity.

Yes they provide placement opportunities but less company visited hear.but the package provide by company is very good,the avrg package provide by these clg is 6 lpa. They provide Avery offline opportunity.

UIT RGPV Bhopal have highly qualified faculty members most of them being PhD holders from institutes like IITs and NITs. The institute is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidiyalaya (RGPV).

Petrochemical Engineering is a 4 year full time course. It deals with the study of petroleum, natural gases and crude oils, their production and concentration. It is a specialized branch of Chemical Engineering.
