JEC Assam Admission
JEC Assam admission is based on the merit scores of students from the latest qualifying exam or course-level entrance tests that it accepts. Candidates seeking admission in BE/BTech must have passed the Assam CEE exam. For Lateral Entry, pass the 3-year Polytechnic Diploma or pass the qualifying examination, Assam CEE, with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. For PG Courses like ME/MCA, Candidates seeking admission must have passed a graduation in the relevant field. For JEC Assam Admission, Candidates are required to pay an admission fee of INR 2,000.

JEC Assam Campus
JEC Assam Campus is spread across about 78 acres in Jorhat, Assam. The campus has large academic buildings with smart classrooms, computer labs, and labs for each department. The central library has many books, journals, and digital resources to help students study better. The Campus has a canteen, sports areas, a health centre, and an auditorium for events. The green campus, along with good facilities, gives students a comfortable and supportive space to grow in both their studies and personal lives.

Library: The Institute has a library with a capacity of 20 people in the reading room. It has 24,576 volumes of books for different subjects. The library is managed with the software named LIBSYS, which is computerised for indexing, along with digital archives.
Transportation: The college owns three buses, which provide transportation facilities to all the major and minor stops.
Guest House: The Institute is also enriched with a guesthouse for the college's guests, parents or guardians of students, relatives of employees, alumni, new faculty members, or guests appointed by the Authority.
Medical: In case of a medical emergency, the students are taken to Jorhat Medical College, which is situated 5 km away from the campus.

JEC Assam provides hostel facilities for the students. There are separate hostel buildings for boys and girls within the campus. All the hostel buildings have 24/7 WiFi internet connectivity, a recreation hall, a gym, and a game room. The girls' hostel has special 24/7 security. Unfortunately, JEC Jorhat doesn’t offer MCA in distance mode, however, you can pursue it in full-time on-campus mode by appearing for the entrance test conducted by ASTU Assam.
