IIITDM Kancheepuram Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students are eligible from 7th sem foe placements.Companies like google,microsoft,tcs have visited. last year in 2024 200 students got palced incampus.Average package is 9 to 12 lakh for cs and 7 to 11 for other branches. Many students also prefer higher studies like m.tech or mba. Highest package offered last year was 32 lpa

In our 6th sem, companies start to come for internship roles, around march-april. And for full-time roles, companies come in both 7th and 8th sem. Sometimes, these companies also come for internship roles to offer 5th sem students, like Accenture in 2024. In our college, big companies hardly come for good package (above 15 lpa). Every year, around 5-6 companies come for this package range, mostly for CS students. Then other companies also come like NVIDIA, AMD, Accenture, Infosys, Zoho, Quantrium, and others as well. From the 5th semester,you can apply for placements.Overall placement is 81.13% and for CSE it is 92%. Almost 400+ placement offers were made and almost 48 companies visited the campus including Microsoft. 2 days back 4 students of ECE department have got 32LPA package from VISA company.I have to go for civil services.

Placements of the college are moderately good back in the year of 2020 it was very good the average package was also very good but this time due to recession we have placed a bit less students as to our expectance but surely we have qualified well skilled students out of the camps supplement cell has worked very well for the building of the placement of the campus the day and night of their hard work has resulted to bring out many companies for the college students have regressively applied for these companies with putting all their efforts but due to the recession we had faced issues and many of the students are also planning to purse you there in the university outside the countries as they are going for the highest studies MBA and even for the mtech a number of about 144 students have been placed out 360 and also even after this placements companies are still coming to college and students are still applying and there are opportunity that they will get selected even now in placement

Few Final-year students choose to pursue MS, MBA, or MTech. The rest of the students can register themselves for placements. The Placement drive happens in the college every month throughout the year for final-year students.

The placement records of the course is quite impressive. The recent statistics of placement shows that the 2020-2024 batch has received an average annual salary of 11.91 LPA and the Dual Degree students with various specialization have received an average of 19+ LPA. Almost all the big tech companies visit the campus for on campus recruitment

from 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements and internships mathworks, tata, cognigent, samsung, tcs etc and upto 50% of the students will get offers highest is 40 LPA and average is 12 LPA overall but i dont know exactly as i told before 50% are being placed i am trying to do mtech through gate

Placements of our College is not good as expected this year.7 th semester and 8th semester students are eligible for placement offers. Amd, Intel famous semiconductor MNCs visits. 30 offers are made. My plan is to clear upsc after getting degree

Our college offer decent placement opportunities to students with average placements 9lac in 2023. Most of students prefered higher studies. Highest placement of 2023 is 32lpa. There are fraction amount companies are visiting our college in the field of finance and security.

In the sixth semester you will be eligible for campus placements the highest package in our college is 57 lakhs and tthe average package is 10 lakhs more than 95 percentage of the students are placed every year
