Course Curriculum Overview

Our course curriculum is well organised and perfect for design and engineering students but you may feel slightly hectic as compared to other nits and iits. Our college offers good hand on experience for real time implementation of problems.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 886000 per year

Internships Opportunities

It is mandatory for students to get internship in 3rd year. Students get decent internships. Currently our college is working on three projects. So we also offer internships to students from other colleges as well.

Placement Experience

Our college offer decent placement opportunities to students with average placements 9lac in 2023. Most of students prefered higher studies. Highest placement of 2023 is 32lpa. There are fraction amount companies are visiting our college in the field of finance and security.

Fees and Financial Aid

For SC/ST students our college offer fee relaxation in tuition fee. And for general EWS students,they can apply for government scholarship and some other scholarships as well.For a general student Btech fee is around 9lac for 4years including hostel and mess fee.

Campus Life

We celebrate two main fest one is 'Vashisht',a technical fest and another is 'Samgadha', a cultural fest. Along with them we celebrate 'maraki' which is also a cultural fest. And many other sports and club activities are happening there.

Admission

As per jossa and csab norms for admission in IIITDM kancheepuram, student should have to clear jee main with good percentile. All reservation policies are as usually as for other government colleges. NIC condouct jee main two times in a year and your best score will be considered for counseling.

Exploring SNSCT in my POV

Placement Experience:

For campus placements students of the 4th year or 7th semester are the eligible ones. Multiple companies like zoho,apple,TCS,CTS, accenture etc have come and multiple small companies too. But the intake for the big and reknown MNCs were low from abt 2-3 candidates only.the placement here is 100% but the companies may vary.My future goal is to go for a government official stream after I finish my masters abroad.

College with good environment, teaching and placements

Placement Experience:

On doing 6th semester companys are coming for placements. But most of the companys come in the 7th semester. There is a lot of companies come here like Embedur, Honeywell,Caterpillar,Zoho,Tcs, Accenture,Hcl,Ltimindtree,Cts,etc.. Around 75-85 percentage of students got offer. The Highest package is 20lpa amd lowest is 3.36lpa. I have to go to IT company for work.

I applied to NIT CALICUT NIT SURATKAL, NIT TRICHY. For my trial round i got nit suratkal for EEE. But i shifted it to down and kept iiitdmk up..I chose this as it was the only college with Smart Manufacturing. Course and i was intrested in the way the curriculum was set including Cs,ece,eee Nd mechanical.As my jee score was not great to enter cse courses in nit calicut i got rejected there. I applied for NIT TRICHY But i am getting civil engineering there so i opted out i was also getting Mechanical engineering in NIT Calicut but as it is too far away from home town i opted out.
