SKCT Coimbatore Admissions 2025

SKCT Coimbatore offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Engineering &Technology, and Management. Admissions are granted based on National and State Level entrance scores. Seat allocation is done based on their respective counselling. SKCT Coimbatore application process is only accessible in Offline mode along with the prescribed fee. TNEA Application Fee 2025 is INR 500 for General category candidates. For SC/ST/SCA candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu, the fee is INR 250. For special reservation categories, the fee is INR 100 for each category.

To apply for admission in the college, the applicants must follow the below-mentioned procedure step-by-step:

• Visit the administration/ Principal office of the college to obtain the prospectus and application form.
• Fill the application form with all the information correctly.
• Affix the passport sized photograph at the designated places in the form.

Spread across a campus area of 20 Acres, SKCT Coimbatore has all the facilities on-campus for students, staff and faculty alike. Some of these are listed below.

• Smart Board Classrooms: The smart board technology ensures accessible learning along with give-and-take intelligence. The lectures given are chronicled and sent via mails to students instantly to replenish the knowledge about that particular subject.

• Hostel: SKCT boys hostel is a part of the college campus and girls hostel is located 3kms away from campus. Hostel bus is ply from girls hostel to college campus. The gents’ hostel comprises 5 blocks with a capacity to accommodate 1200 students. The Ladies hostel has a total of 143 rooms in its three blocks with a capacity to accommodate 484 students.
• Library: With a built up area of 5000 Sq.ft. and seating capacity of 250, it has a comfortable spacious General Section, Reference section, Periodical section, Technical section, and Discussion room. SKCT library has RFID based koha automation software with web OPAC facility for easy search and location of books even from departments and throughout inside and outside the campus. Currently, our library has over 74,463 volumes in 42,049 titles. Our college subscribes to 252 National and International print periodicals and 8000 national & international online e-journals.

• Sports: SKCT Coimbatore has facilities for sports ranging from basketball to table tennis, along with a fitness center.
• Food Court: A Cafeteria is functioning in the campus for the benefit of students & staff. There are four other smaller cafes and refreshment outlets inside the campus. Quality vegetarian and non-vegetarian food prepared in a hygienic environment are provided in the Cafeteria.
• Medical Service: A well-equipped Medical Centre is available in the campus. In case of emergency, ambulance service is readily available for 24 hours to access the medical facilities in the hospitals located nearby. It also has an Equipped Ambulance, Day Care with 4 beds, and a First Aid Kit.
• Auditorium: Vankataram Hall is a modern air-conditioned auditorium with a capacity to seat 3500 students.This hall is equipped with Wi-fi facility and a spectacular stage along with green rooms and perfect amount of lighting.
• Transport: The college provides college bus service from various prominent locations in and around Coimbatore. The Institution ensures the students’ safety by employing well experienced drivers. All buses have speed control devices, first aid boxes and CCTV cameras.The buses with a seating capacity of 60 each, ply in and around Coimbatore such as Pollachi, Mettupalayam, Avinashi, Tirupur, Saravanampatti, etc.
