XLRI EFPM (Executive Fellow Program in Management) is a 5-year non-residential doctorate program. This course is designed for working executives, managers, faculty members, and researchers who are unable to commit to full-time coursework. The course duration can also be extended up to a maximum of 8 years. 

XLRI EFPM admission is based on the profile of the candidates and their performance in the personal interview. The candidates who have MBA/ PGDM/ GMP/ PGPX/ 1-year full-time residential program in Management with at least 5 years of full-time work experience and are currently employed are eligible to apply for the EFPM program at XLRI.
