XLRI Summer Internship Placements 2025

XLRI (Xavier School of Management) has completed its Summer Internship Placement process for the 2025–27 batch across its flagship programs, PGDM-HRM, PGDM-BM, and PGDM-LSCM.

A total of 583 students from both Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR campuses participated in the process and collectively received 584 internship offers from 114 leading organisations, including 28 new recruiters. The recruitment drive saw strong participation across diverse domains, including Consulting, General Management, Operations, Product Management, and others.

This year, XLRI reported an average stipend of INR 1.6 lakh per month, with a median stipend of INR 1.55 lakh per month. The highest stipend reached an impressive INR 3.50 lakh per month, offered from the BFSI sector.

The top 5%, 10%, and 25% of the batch secured stipends averaging INR 2.49 lakh, INR 2.40 lakh, and INR 2.23 lakh per month, respectively. Notably, 38% of the batch received stipends above INR 2 lakh per month, while 81% earned above INR 1 lakh per month.
