The fee structure for XLRI HRM program is 28 lakhs for two yr course . This amount covers tution fee along with other change such as hostal and study material. The fee of there executive program is 11 lkh. XLRI also offers scholarships based on merit and need . - Fee structure is at par with other colleges, net net you end up spending around 30-32 lakhs in two years, including your personal expenses - A lot of scholariships are available, but majority of them look at your economic background along with other factors like Acads, extra curriculars etc. - Employment opportunities provided by the campus are decent and at par with other top business schools. Majorly marketing and FMCG roles come, along with top tier consulting firms, Product management roles and a few finance roles as well.

Life at XLRI

Student Snaps:

The fees at XLRI is on the higher side of the spectrum. 30lacs almost for two years round. The campus has no AC in rooms, so the lodging expenses are quite high considering how the mess fees are not part of the fee structure but a separate contract of each individual with the mess contractor. However, the library fees come with a lot of access to premium resources such as EBSCO, HBR articles and cases, and lots more.

XLRI HRM - In and Out

Tuition fee is 32 lakhs now, a 10 percent increase from last year. This is one of the highest when compared to other top IIMs. The average package increase is not aligned with the fees increase in the past two years, probably because of the recession going on in the job market. The mess fees comes to be around 6000 a month which makes it to Rs 1 lakh for the 18 months of your stay in the campus. Apart from these two, they really do not charge anything in any case. There are a few scholarships and financial aids. The number of such scholarships is limited to 10. The curriculum does not allow anyone to take any employment during the college.

My experience at XLRI Jamshedpur

The course fee is roughly around 28-30 lakhs for 2 years. During admission, we have to pay the first installment of 10 lakhs approx and the 2nd installment of 5 lakhs approx later during the first year. The remaining fee is to be paid during the 2nd year. There are multiple scholarships available mostly being need-based that are sponsored by companies like TATA, Aditya Birla Group, and many others. Each scholarship has its own application process. The college provides assistance in Summer Internship Placements and Final Placements. Companies from various domains like consultancy, finance, general management, etc come for hiring. I secured my SIP at Bajaj Auto with a stipend of 2 lakh per month for 2 months

The fees is 30 lakhs for 2 months including hostel and mess fees. The fees is usually hiked by 1-2 lakhs after 3-4 years but may vary according to institute policy.The high fees is justified by the high placements and 30+ median and average salaries. XLRI : The best HR college in Asia Pacific

Fee is hiked as per the standard followed everywhere else and cost of study is around 3200000 for two years including everything. There are a lot of scholarship opportunities in the campus raging upto 5L per year.

The fee is around 28 lakhs for two years. You get some chances also for a scholarship. Job and internships are assisted by college and run via student bodies, and they help you in getting placed. Overall the investment is excellent.
