RCC Institute Of Information Technology Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. About 75% of students get placements in our college and the average package is 4 lakh per annum. The highest package is 8 lakh per annum. A no. of MNC came to visit our college and students get placements in that company like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. About 25-30% of students also get internships in that companies.

Students become eligible for campus placements or jobs in the 7th semester. Approximately 70% of students get placed from our college. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 7-8LPA. Many companies like TCS, CTS, IBM visit our college for placements.

The college has a very good number of campus placements. TCS, Infosys, PWC, cognizant types of companies visit for campus placement. Highest package 8 lakhs with average 5 lakhs per annum. The best part is college conducts a special class to crack the coding interview.

The placement cell is one of the best in the city. Every year big techies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant visit the campus for recruitment. The recruitment rates are quite high. Much of my decision to join this college was for its good placement scenarios.

As I told you earlier the placements are great. After the 5th or 6th sem mostly everyone gets eligible for campus selection and from that time students really focus on their work and placement selection. Companies like TCS, Cognizant and more visit our campus and most of us get selected in these companies. Apart from that, there are core companies also. Mostly 90% to 94% of students get placed every year and it's great to be a part of it.

I chose Electronics and Communication Engineering because after CSE and IT is the most valued stream in today's market. Also, I have a deep interest in making gadgets, and some way or the other I'm managing to learn it. The faculty-student ratio is 1:40 which is pretty good. Most of the faculties have done Ph.D. and many of them are from Jadavpur University. The teachers are very student-friendly and their teaching methods are very satisfactory. If you listen to their lectures carefully then you will feel easy in every subject. The teachers always try to do their best so that no student finds any difficulty during their semester exam. Semester exams are held every 6 months. The difficulty level of the exams is moderate. Just you need to study a little bit thoroughly to crack the exams.

From the 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies who visit our college every year like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Most of the students get placed in our college. The highest package and average packages offered by the companies are 10L and 4L.

Students from the third semester become eligible for placements. TCS , cognigent , etc companies visit our college & numerous offers are made. 8lacs is the highest package & 4lacs is the average package Most students get placements. To get a job or to pursue higher studies.
