to be recogonised as a computer engineer is a great achievment for a person like me as there are plenty of scopes. they provide us with essential academics which may help us in real world applications they should introduce more practical teaching than theory the exams are very flexible as there are 2 moths gap between every exam

I took this course cause i wanted to become a computer engineer in future as it has more scopes in companies. In the current curriculum they includes topic which also prepares us for real world applications which may be useful for us to apply in further job. They can improve the course curriculum by increasing more practical learning than Theory. The timing of the exams are very flexible cause we have a gap of one month between our 2 IA's and a 3 to 4 week gap for our end sem exams.

There placement ratio is so bad. Like so so bad. They brough less tech companies, which offer only 3 to 4 LPA only. At my time, not even TCS , jio, accenture visited our campus, no mass hiring, Nothing. And they blame it on Recession (they thought other college not having recession just our college have it) Most of the students placed or got the jobs on their own.

During the fourth semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. More than 270 companies like TCS, Infosys, jio etc. visit our college for placements. The highest package is 15 LPA and the average package is 3-4 LPA. Almost 100 percent students get placed every year.

Third year students are eligible to sit for placements.Almost 80% stduents get placed and the rest opt for higher studies .TCS and Cape Gemini which are well known visit the campus.My plans are to opt for higher studies after my graduation

The college starts providing internship opportunities right after 2nd year. They keep notifying the students via their emails about the various internships available. College is quite enthusiastic and helpful for giving internship to students. After 3rd year, they provide placements. Campus placements also begins after 6th sem. The average package went little down this year to around 4-5 lakhs/yr. My plan is to go for higher studies, M.S. I was already keened in learning more so I made this decision. Some of the teachers are quite helpful for higher studies they give LORs.

Placement is good but there’s a catch. You’ll hardly get a good paying job on campus hiring. They range from 2–4 LPA but that’s all. If you want good placement, better apply off campus. Training and Placement officer, Dr. PSL, is horrible. He hardly has time to listen to you and Changu Mangus (his team) around him are just for name sake. No help from TPC will ever reach you. Harsh reality.

All the student are eligible for campus placement if they have cleared their course so their are many college which gives you the best offers if you have skills then you can get best offers companies like Microsoft, Google all are the part off the campus round

The college offers placements from 4th year. The Highest package received was 15 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA. Companies visited- capgemini ,TCS ,l ti ,Wipro,etc. College's placement record is decent and good .
