- The college provides good placement opportunities for students through internships programs, careers fairs the university facilitates valuable connections between students and employeers however u should score good marks
- Open students, they can apply for an ebc scholarship, and there are scholarships for hostel students as well.
- They have great knowledge about the course and guide students properly.
Dislikes
- There Placements are very bad. Average package is of just 4 LPA.
- Poor marking for exracurricular activities which was recently introduced under project Based Learning(PBL).

- Too many events like one of the biggest fest is Algeria
- But student should balance the both things rather than blaming college
Placement Experience:
From 6 the semester students becomes eligible for campus placement.
In 2025, Capgemini has visited our college and also the Many more
They helped us for getting internship in 8th semester also. As out batch is of 2024 Covid batch there has been no such placement occurred but after that the ratio has increased

- The college has many fun activities conducted throughout the academic year
Placement Experience:
Personally the college is decent when it comes to placement .the college provides some placement around 12L as for the highest placement for the college was around 32L.As for me I am planning to give gate exams and try to complete masters and will look for placement outside campus but that being said I have maintained a good cgpa of above 9 so I will also try my luck in campus placements aswell

Placement Experience:
From third year student are eligeble for placemet. The higest package for this year is 14 lakh and average is 5 lakh,almos 70% students get placed,i am planning to sit in placement drive during my last year .

- The festival structure and organization is very good
- The faculty as first year is very good in teaching

- The exam schedule is not that good not got time for preparation

As first year I don't have that much idea but if you have good skills then you definitely have good placement and good number of student get placed every year
After degree I would love to join any tech company

- Exposure to real life situation good facility infrastructure and also the teachers are very good and that way of teaching is very understandable and also very helpful the extracurricular taking part also helps alot in such activities its a good colle
- Good facility learning wise and teachers are helpful

- Infrastructure is good but could be better
- More sports based activities should take place
Course Curriculum Overview:
The difficulty level is medium but since there are no holidays given during exams it becomes a little hectic to finish everything so i would recommend holiday between exams and also teaching methods are good hence no changes as much needs to be seen

- The curriculum is structured nicely making it easy to study and score.
- Most teachers are expert in their teaching and are supportive and interactive.
- The campus is nice having all the facilities up to the mark
Dislikes
- There are two internal assessment instead of just one mid term
- The classrooms are not cooled by AC's and it gets really hot during the summer
- The placement is pretty average showing almost no scope of a dream job
Placement Experience:
The overall placements of the college isnt up to the mark. The number of companies appearing in the placements are inadequate. The overall packages offered by the companies are very low end and the position they offer is of the lowest position in the company.

Placement Experience:
If we talk about placements, I think it is more of your skills rather than marks. The average package goes from 4- 5 LPA. In semester 8, there isa compulsory six-month internship after which you can apply for campus placements. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for placements.

- College Fest :Pillais college of engineering have the best fest in the entire state
- Campus life :in Pillais college of engineering the campus life offer full freedom and fun
- Labs have ac... And well equipped equipments

- No ac in most of the classrooms is one of the major turn off
- There is a jungle area behind the campus... Which is scenic but i didn't liked it much
- Campus is just above average in size... It's beautiful still most of the area is occupied by other departments
Placement Experience:
From the third year you become eligible for campus placement... The main companies come here are reliance, jio, tata, flipkart etc... the highest package goes upto 40 lakhs per annum... The percentage of students placed here... Is most of the times 100 percent... And sometimes 95+%... My plans after getting the degree is to pursue for masters

- Strict college they want everything on time no dues
- Library is too short for engineering students

The student got placement after sixth semester and also you should get above 6.0 CGPA in semester
Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft mini more opportunities, I got I joined, but due to I want to complete my further courses I left my job
I think highest package is 36LPA got from college and Lowest is sixth LPA
Percentage of student getting placement is should be at least above 6.0 actually, they are not checking your percentage. They are checking your confidence and interest and knowledge.
my plans after getting my degree is to get a good job and earn more money

- I am a sports player so i loved the gym, cafeteria and classroom as well
- I liked the way of teaching pf our teachers

- Minimum attendance requirement i hate it
- It is irritating every sem and i really hate it
- Sometkmes leave structure also i hate it
Course Curriculum Overview:
They should conduct more practical sessions than lectures which will help students to increase their skill level. It will be great benefit for future of the student's.the curriculum is good overall and it inproves every year
